I love this box! Has such a variety of products every month! It's a lovely treat for myself or even as a gift for a friend. I could not reccomend more!

I mean Wow , I didn’t think it would be right swap as I was very skeptic at first.

You get a bit of everything make up ,skin care the odd make up brush and there all full sizes.

Supper happy I switched

I get the mystery bath boxes and I'm always so happy with every product, would recommend

Best subscription box by far, I have tried them all and pretty obsessed is in a league if it’s own, great value for money, receiving this box each month really gives me a little boost, self care is so important for a healthy mind

I got my first box last month, loved that! So had to order the mystery box which was just as amazing! Cant wait for this months box!!

Ive been getting the luxury box for a few months now and I love it! It feels like Christmas when the box arrives and I love the products and use them all! It’s a great way to try new items too!

The only improvement I could suggest would be to include a list of items in the box explaining what they are and how you use them.

But I would definitely recommend this to anyone :)

Received my first pretty obsessed luxury subscription box two days ago, and I was amazed at the value and quality of the products for £24.99! I was lucky to receive over £130+ worth of products, it’s a no brainier to be honest, and the delivery was pretty quick after dispatch. I’m very happy and liked that they thought of something for everything. Subscription is not compulsory but it’s a nice surprise treat to have as an when you please. I can’t wait for my next one!
I purchased one as I had seen it advertised quite frequently, and after checking out reviews I thought well why not give it a go?

Absolutely love my subscription box!! So worth it in the end,, the items where all full size & in full working order no damaged items or none shelved items!! I have used the 2 sheet masks already me & my husband had a pamper night much to hes embarrassment I cant wait to use the rest of the stuff,, hair wash tonight so I will definitely be trying out the hair wrap

2nd EDIT: 2 weeks later and still have not even dispatched my missing item. STILL IGNORING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS! This is literally the WORST subscription box and calling me "hun" over and over does not make it better! DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!
EDIT: well month 2 they really dropped the ball and now they don't seem to care! I had to fight all weekend to get my tracking details. When the box finally arrived, there were 9 items instead of the 10 I subscribe to. At this point they've chosen to ignore me entirely despite messaging all available contact methods. Cancelling now. Regret the nice review they got for box 1, they don't live up to it later in the subscription. Feeling ripped off.

Recently switched my monthly treat to PrettyObsessed and couldn't be happier. Everything in my first box is top quality and their customer service was great when I had to get my tracking details. Great value for luxury items and a decent range of hair care, skincare and cosmetics. Loving the makeup treats.

I love receiving my pretty obsessed every month. There's a range of skin care and makeup products inside and I recently upgraded from to the luxury box. This month was a treat as ways and I can't wait for next month's!

I'm on my second box now and I've been very impressed! The full size products are a definite plus and almost everything I've got I will repurchase. I get the box with 10 products in and no disappointments yet. Arrives promptly and there seems to be excellent email communication from the business to consumers. Wonderful! Keep it up!

I’m disappointed in this box that I’ve received today, was proper excited to receive it and paid for the “luxury box” which I can’t say is very luxury at all if I’m honest, from pictures it look good and clearly was too good to be true! I’m going to be unsubscribing from this box and trying the roccabox like I should have. Fingers crossed 😂

I was rather disappointed with my January box from Prettyobsessed, but thought it might be a post-Christmas/post-Brexit glitch, so decided to wait for February's box before committing myself.

Today it arrived. To say that I was disappointed and underwhelmed by the range and quality of the items included is an understatement. At £25 per box, plus postage & packing, the boxes aren't cheap, and one would expect a bit of care to be taken to ensure a variety of different products.

The first item was a lip cloth and exfoliator - the former was a badly stitched, hand-puppet affair (though only big enough to take three fingers), and the latter was just a cheap, flimsy sliver of rubber.

The second item, a hair towel/turban, looked promising, but was rather thin and flimsy, unable to cover all my hair, & coming undone far too easily. In no way would it be able to dry my hair. Shoddy material & workmanship seemed to let down what could have been a useful product.

The next item was a pack of 3 reusable eye cleansing pads. With the current anti-disposable mindset, these could also have been good, only, yet again, they were badly sewn and probably won't survive being washed. The stitching was already coming apart before use, and the material was frayed.

Two facial masks (think mud-mask rather than Covid) were next out of the box - the sort of stocking filler item seen in Poundland. They might be ok, but in this box, with so many cleansing products already, it was just annoying. A bottle of night-time moisturising lotion just added to the feeling that this box was filled at random.

Next was an absolutely tiny lip balm - very poor quality, and the end & edges of what resembled a mini ChapStick were so hard and square that, when applied to the lips, it was actually painful. In addition, it wore off in about two minutes. A bottle of vivid fuschia nail polish was next out of the box. Not a practical colour. And I never wear nail polish, as I always smudge it before it dries, which means I use gel polish.

The next item was a banana-yellow setting powder with an iridescent sheen. Not sure why anyone would want to look slightly jaundiced *and* sparkly...

The last two items would have been fine in separate boxes. Black creme eyeliner (although without an applicator, which was inconvenient) and black pencil eyeliner in the same box just added to the disappointment, especially as the pencil was a really hard one, which scraped the skin and barely made a mark (this is no joke around the sensitive eye area.)

In case you haven't worked out how totally underwhelmed by the contents of the boxes I have been, I will just add that I have cancelled my subscription, and would not consider them to be good value for money.

Just received my first box, I couldn’t be more impressed! The products are worth way more than you pay. And are good quality products! I’m so glad I took the plunge and decided to subscribe, it’s like they knew exactly what I needed! Thanks so much guys.

Why does the box and product boxes smell musty and damp!
Also things are supposed to be full sized what I received wasn't and to be honest I feel it may have been fake! This same item was a cream that was unsealed without a lid, ew.
Definitely not worth any kind of money im so glad I stopped my subscription.

Brilliant! Perfect box to treat yourself each month. You get 10 products and i use them all! the products range from lip stuff, facial products, eye shadow, contour kits, face masks and beauty tools. Definitely worth the money.

Over priced for the cheap products you get, I cancelled my subscription with a different popular brand to try these but so disappointed. I paid £28 for my box I got a hair towel cotton pads a lip flannel a nail varnish lip balm and a face masks. Oh and a tiny pack of love heart sweets? Meant to have 10 full size products. So dissapointed was looking forward to trying new makeup as that’s what I thought this box was more based on.

I have tried 2 other of the most popular brand beauty boxes but they dont come close to pretty obsessed box. It arrived early, and i was blown away by the box. Not only was it full of full size face products but also practical beauty essentials. It isnt over priced as they are not samples but actual size products. I would highly recommend to anybody to try this. I am looking forward to my next box and try Pretty Obsessed box before any other brand beauty boxes as these are the best by far.
