Quick delivery, really cute packaging and a quality product.

This is the second order I have placed with Pretty Pawfect Boutique and I absolutely love them!! I wanted a harness that was masculine but fun so bought the ‘basic but never boring’ range for my pup when I first got him, I’ve had so many comments about how awesome he looks I have since bought the same harness in the biggest size for when he is bigger. I also bought a new set in ‘camo cool’ for Christmas! Not only do the sets look great, the service was great, the quality of the products is fantastic and price is fair. I can’t wait for the shop to open!!

Not great communication, my top was damaged and not had a response. Discount code didn't work on multiple things. However the other items are good quality.

EDIT - I should note the damage on the top was very minor. The bandana and blanket I ordered a few days after are great quality, packaged lovely and was a little biscuit for my dog too. I do wish the discount had worked on these items. I will place future orders, regardless of the damaged top

OMG! I was delighted with the lead, collar and jumper I ordered for my chunky yorkie, Dolly. Lovely packaging, fast delivery and the items were even better. The jumper is so soft and pretty and the lead and collar really vibrant print and again, comfy and of excellent quality. I think I have found my go to shop for Dolly's glamorous look xx

Love this site for puppy accessories, great customer service, very quick response and beautiful items of really nice quality. The only thing is their logo isn't always secured as neatly and as secure as I would personally like but this a really picky thing I my part just coz it's not perfectly straight and stuck within the border but not so noticeable I'd deduct a star
