customs chaos

I ordered legs for my media console with the brackets. I received an email that the items had shipped within the time that Pretty Pegs specified on their website, shipping within 3 days. Then the customs/fed ex chaos began (phone calls, emails) from fed ex letting me know that the package was in customs and I needed to fill out forms for the toxicity of the legs. I hesitated to fill out the form since I didn't really know what was in the package but finally signed off and then a few days later I receive another message from fed ex about a form for the brackets toxicity , at this point I refused to sign and asked for the package to be returned or for Pretty Pegs to fill out the form since they are the ones who packaged and shipped the product. Days later somehow the package arrived, the legs are nice but not worth the shipping time, the calls and emails (fed ex associates were pleasant and helpful).

Custom charges and poor descriptions AVOID

We ordered what we thought was 5 sets of legs, only to be sent 5 INDIVIDUAL legs! Extremely unimpressed, absolutely not made clear in their product pages.

To add insult to injury we've just received a customs bill for more than double the cost of the legs themselves!

Two thumbs up

My order arrived really quickly, and everything is perfect. The legs are nice with a softer plastic on the bottom to prevent scratching the floor. The universal mount is sturdy and easy to install.
I am very happy I finally did this.

Empty parcel, no answer

I ordered 14 knobs and paid for them. 2 weeks later I received a note that dpa could not deliver the parcel. I went to the pickup store 2 days ago to get an E M P T Y parcel. It was fu**ing empty. I actually got an empty package. Sent three e-mails since then and did not even get a reply. WTH? The company is either fake or they do not give a s**t about their customers. Very bad. Do not order!

Don’t waste your time and money

I certainly won’t be buying anything from here again because they take their sweet time to deliver (about a week), only accept returns if you notify them within a 14 day period (shockingly short compared to most online merchants I’ve shopped with), was very quick to deny my request to return (30 minutes) despite I have told them the items are unused and it is almost an exchange (because I did like their products and will buy what’s suitable this time).

Wherever this company’s focus is, it’s not about making its customers happy. I haven’t even mentioned the ridiculous process of making a return.

Ordered 6 pegs for my besta system

Ordered 6 pegs for my besta system, and 2 were bad! One was literally a different color and style, and one was threaded sideways. We reached out and the customer service was sooo terrible, offered to give us a tiny discount (won't even cover one of the legs)

Possible fraud

Possible fraud. Only use if you have a lot of extra time and energy to use on customer service, and dont really need the pieces you have ordered.

Waited a month for some legs to be back in stock, so I would be able to order. Could finally place an order in the beginning if september. Have not received anthing. Customer Service are slow to reply, and each time they say the the legs will be stocked within a week or two (Once they said the legs were in, something they withdrew a week later). They have twice said that they are certain of this, and that they will keep me updated. However, no legs are received and I only get updates after asking again and again. Very tiresome, ecpecially when you have a room you dont get to finish or properly use because you are waiting on furniture legs...

Returns and Refunds are a hassle

We have ordered a couple of handles. turned out they were too small. when we had to return it was a hassle because we were forced to use a very expensive delivery (DHL) that was deducted from the refund.
The delivery point was too far, we had to print the label outside because we dont have printer and they took long time to reply.

Great products and excellent customer service

Great quality products. Customer service is attentive, friendly and personal. I bought some furniture legs that I had to return because the color did not match the intended purpose. Returned them with no hassle whatsoever and received money back in a heartbeat. Then ended up buying more legs, which I absolutely love!
Highly recommended!
