Incredible customer service
Pretty perfect products are an incredible small business, their products are such high quality and customer service is unbelievable!
I had a fault with a planner I bought, emailed them (quite late at night) and had a response within 3 hours!! They did not have to respond out of working hours but always go above and beyond for customers. A massive thank you to Shell for the speedy response and resolution, you are so appreciated!

Take your business elsewhere - PPP are not interested in retaining customers
Before purchasing my items I did a fair bit of research and am always keen to support small businesses.
I made my initial pre-order purchase on the 10th November and was excited to receive notification on the 24th November that the items had been despatched. I then went onto make purchases during the saturday live at the end of that month. To date there has been no update to my original tracking notice. In a panic I re-ordered my items and received everything in under a week. Whilst I am aware that you are busy the initial response took a while and was extremely disappointing and dismissive'wait a while longer and maybe Royal Mail can help'. No offer of assistance and no reply received to my second email. In my basket are items for further products that I will no longer be purchasing. Luckily, the loss wont break me but still not a small amount to write off. Customer service has let you down.
Update: refund now initiated although I’ve been made to feel like a major inconvenience

Firstly, I’m sorry to hear that you have been left dissatisfied by our service. I can assure you that this doesn’t happen a lot so I will be taking immediate action to improve the service we offer.
Having looked into this case, i can see that at the same time as your order, there were a huge number of situations relating to Royal Mail, tracking accuracy and late deliveries. Whilst this doesn’t account, nor justify, you feeling you’re being an inconvenience.
In our defence, as a very small team, we were trying to respond to as many people as possible and this may be where our dismissive tone may have been misinterpreted. I can only apologise for this.
As you will be able to see from the normal reviews we normally get, service is a huge part of our business that we really do try to get right. That being said, sometimes we don’t, because we are a small business with limited resource.
I hope this provides a little justification, along with the apology you deserve.
If you email myself directly- I will arrange for a little something to be sent to you as a way of an apology.

I first came across PPP in Dec 2024. I was looking for a 2025 diary that was colourful, feminine, big and full of spaces to write in. And I found it with them. Since then, I have bought 10 more of their different products ranging from note books, binders, markers, planners you name it. Their products are high quality, very well professionally done and delivered quickly. They are consistent in building an engaged community and also being true to their brand values. Looking forward to buying more 2026 products.
