Discovered this small business at the end of May and have been obsessed since! The quality is absolutely fantastic and their social media creation is so much fun to watch and join!

Well, what can I say? Time and time again, Jac and the team absolutely smash it out of the park.

As a return customer for several years now, I can say with hand on heart that no other planner, journal, or system has ever stuck with me like the ones from Pretty Perfect Products. I’m so disappointed with some of the items I have received from PPP. I’m all for positivity, kindness etc but some of the quality is bad. The first item that was faulty was the planner, the last ten pages were creased and torn and falling out of the book, I was offered 5% refund 🤦‍♀️ sorry but that hardly touches the surface of the cost, the 2nd item is the new occasions binder. The binder itself is of poor quality with dents and marks on the cover, and the rings don’t close properly, so when I turn the pages they either fall out of the binder or get jammed. It came with some frosted zipped envelopes, again very poor quality, they are creased and bent so bad that the zip can’t be closed properly and the gold printing was scratched off in places 😭
Their signature quilted zipped binders are available on Alibaba for £3.50, exactly the same, but PPP sell them for £35 🤷‍♀️ and they claim these are their designs.

After a lot of research, PPPs products are mass produced in china and shipped to UK. Hence the disappointing quality of some items.

The A5 binder inserts are very very thin and tear easily and highlighters bleed through.

A lot of their planners, journals and inserts are very repetitive, they launch as “new products” but in fact they’ve just renamed or rearranged the products.

The girls come across lovely on their lives but behind a keyboard they can be quite snooty

this review is very authentic so you can check all you want, people have more than one email address you know, I have screen shots of “your” products on Alibaba, I wish I could upload them here. “Your” quilted binders are on Alibaba under several sellers, exactly the same. Your planners etc are on Alibaba, I’ve just found your pens on there and also your magnetic range of pads.
