They had accepted order with address and pin code for flowers sent on wedding and promised delivery. Their sub-vendor "New Flower Point" in Vaishali Jaipur produced fake delivery challan.
The occasion is lost and later informing that they cannot deliver to requested location. once order accepted, It was their responsibility to deliver.
It was quite embracing for us that we trusted them to deliver on the occasion but failed.
Very Disappointing Service...
However, since order has not been delivered... taking time in processing refund.

Is there any way to reach out to these scammers?? They have literally taken the payment and no response after that.

I ordered Rakhi and hamper for my family in India. But they have given damaged order even everything was not delivered as per the order. Broken piece of Ganesh ji murti, very low quality rakhis sent, Even I have ordered dry fruit pack containing
A pack of Cashew (100 gm.)
• A pack of Almonds (100 gm.)
• A Pack of Raisins (100 gm.)
• A Pack of Apricots (100 gm.)
• An Antique looking Ganesh-Laxmi Mandap
• A Reusable Wooden Box
and only received 100gms Raisins, unbelievable . disappointing, no value of money. They have ruined my festival.

Says SAME DAY shipping but it’s more like SAME WEEK & A HALF shipping. Had my ordered delivered almost 10 days later. Worst customer service. DO NOT RELY ON THEIR WORD. I would not recommend their website for delivering gifts as their website is very deceiving and not precise.

Such a bad service… again like everyone wish i has read the reviews. it was my bad luck that while there were so many credible websites I chose you to surprise my loved ones. First nobody answers, after talking to you for once and says we will sort this out in 30 mins and no response after that.. I checked with my PIN code to be sure you guys deliver there and after placing the order you tell me that my order is hold because your service provider doesn’t deliver at that address? You guys do not know your own business and you deal with one service providers to help you with your orders.. my husband called you and was told the same thing that you guys are sorting this and finally at 7pm, you guys closed. Thanks you ruining my Valentine’s Day. I am definitely going to Consumer court to complain about this. and they send me and email saying choose from dry fruits??? lol And please do not order from here.. you will end up being disappointed.

Wish I had read these revuews earlier. I just lost 2k in a wreath for a very dear one. It was a place where many florists are not available at least online. At first I was having a doubt because every e.mail that was given was going to a different unit. Then when I tried to reply, I got a failure notice. Since I wanted the wreath to reach before the funeral procession reached the church, I sent a message by WhatsApp 9230727368. They replied checking after I sent the order no. Till about an hr after the delivery time.
After that, they replied that they have sent a mail. That mail is the one someone has published here. They have one more number

My doubt was strengthened when I saw a different Prettypetals.com and that was from Mumbai. This from Kolkata. I wrote to them and no reply at all.
Today, I was searching for some reviews and stumbled on this.
Thank God, I noticed.

I ordered Flowers, for my brothers Daughter Birthday, Full day was showing in progress, when i contacted, them , they asked me to contact via whatsapp, in whats app they told they will deliver before 10 pm, which i have ordered in the early morning, and next day morning i received mail as follows,

Thank you for choosing our service !!!.

You are requested to select an alternate courier item from our site because due to unprecedented circumstances at present we are unable to hand deliver your order.

Since we are unable to deliver fresh/perishable items like cake, flower, and fruit basket, we request you to select an alternate courier item such as chocolate, dry fruits or any other gift item which can be couriered.

Please note that any courier item will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days depending on the location.

Hence, please go through our website and revert back to us with your selected product code and name which can be dispatched through renowned courier service with a sorry note and a Complimentary Cadbury's Mini Celebration Box as a goodwill gesture.

I am absolutely furious with the level of service I received from this company! Their website clearly states they deliver to the recipient's PIN code. I placed an order weeks ago to ensure they had enough time to make arrangements for today's delivery which was supposed to be a special day, and what do I get? Absolutely nothing! No delivery, not even a lousy phone call, email, or text. They had weeks to prepare for this delivery and if there were any issues to make arrangements to resolve them in advance. It's obvious now that they have no intention of providing genuine service or delivering the items that were ordered; they're just out to scam people and steal their hard-earned money and credit card details. Shame on these crooks for ruining wha
