Pretty Bl**dy Incompetent and Downright Rude!

Updated 04.03.2022
(I prefer to buy from independent businesses and not to go to Amazon for my purchases as they already have too much power and money. In this case, it seems, my efforts were not appreciated. In their first response to my review, they posted an invoice with all of my order details including my name and FULL POSTAL ADDRESS! In their second response they insisted that they had had no contact from me and accused me of making an error! Wouldn't you think that a business would check daily for emails in the spam folder?)

I thought I'd paid with paypal, then I received an email telling me to complete my payment. They gave me the option of paying via paypal or via direct transfer. I paid by direct transfer because it was only for £10.68. Nothing happened! I received no confirmation email that I'd made the payment and nothing to say when the items I'd ordered were going to be packaged/delivered. I emailed them on 28th February 2022 to find out what was going on and they asked me for proof of payment (I didn't realise that this email had been sent from a different email account until I spoke to the woman at my bank) so I sent them a copy of my bank statement showing the payment had gone through. They ignored it, so I have contacted my bank. I thought I'd been scammed.

Edit: You have posted my address online!

What you have posted means naff all to me. You did not reply to my emails when I sent copies (YES TWICE!) of my bank statement showing payment had gone through, and the details you gave me to transfer money into your account were confirmed by my bank! So! You have been paid!

Edit:
Yes, I did inform you. I sent emails with my bank statement attached twice. Once on 28.02.2022 and again today as I have already said so in my review. The email address which you requested my proof of payment from was a yahoo account, so that was the email account I replied to. Have you checked that one (trash and quarantine folders included)?
Did you even read my review properly? The errors, I'm afraid, are all yours! You asked for proof of payment and I gave it to you. I can only do what is humanly possible!
I would like a full refund please. I will remove the heading of "Scammers!" when I see a refund in my account and not before!

Edit: FINALLY! I have had an email with an apology from this company. They found my emails in their spam folder! Just awaiting my refund now.

Edit: I hovered all day yesterday around my computer expecting an email to say I had been paid. I checked my bank account 3 times too. There was nothing! I gave up when it got to 8pm. I was paid today. Thankyou. Resolving issues like this is obviously not their top priority, so I wouldn't waste my time if I were you.

No contact has been made , when paying via bank transfer you need to inform the company this has happened, it will not link your online payment with your purchase order, Would you like the order to be sent our or a full refund, Going forward you need to inform the company when making an online payment outside of the website, SCAMMERS is a bit strong when the error was made by yourself !

A company that doesn’t care

I buy thousands of seeds every year and decided to try PrettyWildSeeds with a pack of 100 seeds. Having raised these plants before and purchasing similar items from another seed company, I was confident that we would have some success. Not one seed germinated although the other seed companies seeds sprouted quickly. I contacted PrettyWildSeeds for help but they have ignored 3 email letters so a i can only assume they just don’t care. It doesn’t take much to be polite and reply to customers so won’t be using them again.

Brilliant company

Brilliant company, had an issue with another seed supplier and by mistake emailed this company and then started to order from them, they delivered promptly and although I haven't planted any seeds yer they look good and are well labeled and in quantities that are less wasteful than those purchased in garden centres which is reflected in the price.

Friendly, helpful family company and great advice and service.

At the beginning of lockdown I bought some grass and clover and daisy mix seed via Amazon, without realising I could buy directly from Pretty Wild Seeds. Once I got in touch with the company itself they were more than helpful. It seemed the mix I had wasn't what I really needed but I had several conversations with them and they made sure I got exactly the right mix. Despite the terrible weather and less than ideal growing conditions the grass is growing well. I need to reseed some patches so rang today to ask if they could do smaller quantities just for re-seeding. They immediately changed the website so I could get 500 grammes instead of a full kilo. That's real service. Plus I got very friendly and helpful advice. I wish everyone looked after their customers so well.

Pink Dandelion Seeds

I bought Pink Dandelion seeds a few weeks ago. As soon as they arrived I scattered them in a pot and today I noticed they are starting to sprout. Very happy! I’m hoping to grow a lot of dandelions for my pet rabbits to eat. Although they can’t tell the difference in colour, I can appreciate the colour and it makes a change from yellow dandelions ☺️

Meadow seeds 1% flowers 99% Grass seed,

Meadow seeds 1% flowers 99% Grass seed,
Their 100% pure meadow flower seeds contains 99% barley . After growing several acres and only a couple of poppies and the rest grass , i complained . They did not reply. I bought via ebay and was too late to file a claim , but , my credit card company let me file a chargeback 6 months later and refunded me . They checked their advert and said "severe discrepensies in their own advert, stating NO GRASS , then actually listing some grass seeds such as BARLEY " . how dumb are they trying to con a pensioner with the backup of Barclays bank ?

Clearly a fabricated review, how stupid can you get than leave your name on it lol. You are one of our competitors on eBay who we had removed called seedsonline, We will be taking this a lot further and claiming for damages, this is not how business is done
