My experience of finding a product I wanted online was easy but the payment process was a little confusing when the checkout page navigated through to the SHOP App which stated payment is by bank transfer only and no card payment was active. Therefore, this payment processing delayed the ordering. However, customer service was fantastic and communication on dispatching my order was excellent. My product arrived quickly after that via the Royal Mail Tracking service and the package was in good condition. I have recommended and do recommend Prevention4Health to try for item’s that were previously only available abroad. It’s great to now find my products here in the UK and is it’s easy to order them too. Thank you Prevention4Health, for providing a good very useful service!

I’ve used Prevetion4health for a few years now, I have had good communication from them and great service. Delivery is quick and the items are great quality. The minoxidil products they sell are the cheapest online, you won’t find minoxidil anywhere else as cheap. I’d definitely recommend giving them a try.

I would strongly advise caution before ordering from this company! They took my money, failed to deliver my order, and ignored my emails when I requested a refund. I received no communication whatsoever and found the entire experience deeply disappointing. I would not recommend them and will not be using them again.
