I use Prezzee all the time , I went to pay for my shopping using a gift card it wouldn’t let me log in said my account has been deactivated I have no idea how but trying to get some help and get my gift cards back that’s £70 is becoming a nightmare feels like I’ve been past from pillow to post going round in circles I just want to know why my account is deactivated and get my gift cards back otherwise I’m disputing this with my bank to get my money back ! We have been waiting three weeks for this company to place our funds against our order so we can issue vouchers. No response from the company and no sign of our money. They make platitudes but nothing seems to happen and no phone call available. We have used this company many times in the past but never had this experience before.
As a last effort, having gone through old emails from Prezee, I found a customer services person who had helped in the past so I emailed her. Apparently she had left the company, but someone else picked up and instantly problem solved. One questions why this could not have been actioned from the start ??
So have changed rating, as the company has eventually fixed the issue just a bit late. TBH.

Stay away from this company please find any other alternative to using this gift card bought a £20 gift card for U#er a popular worldwide taxi and food app.
I have exhausted all areas trying to load it on with zero success whatsoever and as everyone knows you can’t even speak to someone on their telephone support so I thought PREZZEE would have my back but oh no instead of supporting me as their regular and loyal customer they’re quite ok back and forthing with me instead of helping me out!!!!
