I told him what I needed and he came back with a quote very quickly. Although the quote was too high for me he was very pleasant.

Price for limos charges you almost as much as the price for the limo just to make a reservation for you!! They are a middle man! Do your own research and call the limo company directly! I found out the limo I rented was only $1025. I paid a total of $2000!! Price for limos took $925 just to book a limo for me. RIDICULOUS!!

I was so blessed on a day that my family sadly does not celebrate as my mommy passed away the night before my husband's birthday we lived with my parents. My daddy is 76 and 100% disabled VietnamVeteran. I wanted so badly to pick my husband and daddy up in style. These people were so understanding and polite. I sadly and unfortunately could not afford my special day as I am on a fixed income. I used to be ashamed to admit that but these people made me feel okay with sharing. Their fleet is beautiful and they tried very hard to make it happen.

Theo was great and easy to work with—lost my reservation for my son’s birthday with another car rental due to the car being out of service, and he was able to get me back on track.

Wayne at Prime 4 Limo is truly a consummate professional. From the moment we initially reached out to book our transportation to the final mark where we experienced some hiccups, which is honestly the most important part to recognize here. The service itself was outsourced to a third party, as most are, and outside of Wayne's control there were a few flubs. Again, mistakes happen. The way in which a company owns and recognizes those mistakes makes all the difference in the world and actually instills long term trust with the consumer. When Wayne was notified about the hiccups of the night, he asked for all details to learn more, addressed the issues, apologized, and issued a full refund. Owning an experience-based company myself, this goes a very long way and is truly a lost art. Because of the way this was handled, I would 100% hire Price 4 Limo again as I'm sure it would be very unlikely to experience a hiccup again. Trust is everything and I trust this company to deliver on a future experience. Thank you!

First off, Theo was very helpful, polite, personable and seemed competent at his job. He was also one of the only sales agents where it was easy to get a hold of him. For some reason I was having trouble with sales agents from two other businesses in my area in regards to just booking. My issues are not with Theo.

The reason I give 3 stars is because I haven’t traveled or seen the buses yet. Additionally, the price paid was $80 over the price quoted (not so much a big deal, could have been tax?). Lastly, the price to rent the busses from here are more expensive than what I was quoted elsewhere. The only reason they got my business is because I can’t stand having to chase down a company to get details and give them my money. So let’s hope the premium paid now is worth what I’ll receive in a few months when I actually see/use the busses rented. Till then, I cannot give higher than 3 stars. Now if I’m just rating the quality of a mildly pricy middleman company on its customer service then I’d give a better review. Maybe I’m just critical.
