AVOID
AVOID - AVOID - AVOID this rental company.
Waited 45 minutes to be picked up from the airport and taken to their garage, after arrived there the rental process started. In total waisted 2 hours of my time.
Received a totally different car than the one I have booked on the reason that they don’t have other automatic car.
Car arrived very dirty.
After 45 days still didn’t received my deposit I’ve paid for their contract, the depozit was on a 30 days contract.
They keep saying that it might take up to 90 days to receive the deposit back. (SCAMMERS)
When taken the depozit they didn’t put a hold on the depozit, they just retrieve the hole depozit out similar to a purchase which I had to pay another £63 fee for exchange to their currency.
I’ve just reported them to my credit card bank for fraud as I can’t just wait for them 90 days.
I KNOW ITS NOT ALWAYS THE SAME TO EVERY CUSTOMER BUT ITS BETTER TO AVOID - AVOID - AVOID

DOnce the vehicle is returned and all contractual conditions are fulfilled, the release or refund is processed by us in accordance with the Rental Agreement. We regret any inconvenience caused by the waiting period.
We also take allegations of fraudulent practices very seriously and respectfully reject such claims. PriceCarz operates in accordance with the signed Rental Agreement and applies the same transparent procedures to every customer.

Very good prices, quality cars and great service. The staff is very friendly and polite. Also, at Iaşi airport, they have their cars at the airport so no shuttle is needed which is great.

dirty trick
Pricecarz played a very dirty trick on me. The made me pay or higher package than the basic one with the argument that even scratches below 5 cm are covered. When I gave the car back one day later, they directly went to a scratch which was smaller than 5 cm. In spite of that, they retained roughly €450 for that scratch. I am giving the case to my lawyer. It is also important to note that the protection package you selected reduces your financial liability in the event of damage; however, it does not eliminate your liability entirely. The package is not a full damage waiver, and any applicable charges are determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of the selected protection package and the signed Rental Agreement.
Regarding the damage identified at vehicle return, the case was assessed in line with the protection package you purchased and the Rental Agreement. Any amount retained was calculated based on those contractual terms and the documented condition of the vehicle.
We take allegations of unfair practices very seriously and strongly reject the suggestion that we acted dishonestly. Our procedures are transparent, clearly communicated before the rental begins, and applied consistently to all customers.
If you believe there has been any misunderstanding regarding your case, we remain available to review the documentation with you and provide any additional clarification you may require.
