Everything was great! We got picked up direct from the Airport. Laurentiu was very professional even he was alone in the office and had to deal with difficult people, as it was pur turn, he was very polite and nice, we even received a Car Upgrade from him. We had rented for 3 days and everything was great.

Best price on the market I could find and i am talking here even about the premium package with 0€ contribution in case of any exterior damages, super service, clean cars and an uncomplicated return policy.
The staff from Iasi Airport is always available and they're doing a great job.
Next time when I rent a car in Romania, this is the place i will first go.

Hello. Rented a car from Bacau airport. Staff aggressively tried to make me take extra cover. They took 2000£ from my credit card, NOT blocked like any other rental company. They charged me 2000£ as a deposit. Aftef 2 months they returned the deposit BUT 169£ less. The explanation was that they have taken the money in romanian LEI and when they returned the money the exchange rate was different. Please avoid if possible. Thanks

The insurance offered on the booking site is for the BLOCKED DEPOSIT and not for the car. Upon collection, you will still need to block a deposit ofor you to be able to collect the car. The deposit serves as your responsibility to the car.
You were given an option to avail our SMART CHOICE Package. With this package, you have ZERO LIABILITY over the exterior damages on the car, NO DEPOSIT, and you can pay using a debit or credit card (VISA or Mastercard).
The deposit was processed and returned in accordance with the agreed upon Terms and Conditions. The discrepancy may be due to the exchange rate and commission of the bank

We would like to clarify that the €1,500 amount is not the rental price for the Volkswagen Polo. It is the refundable security deposit, which is temporarily blocked on the payment card in accordance with the rental terms and conditions.
The security deposit is intended to cover potential damages, missing fuel, traffic fines, or other contractual charges during the rental period. If the vehicle is returned in accordance with the rental agreement, the deposit is released after the rental ends.
We would also like to point out that customers who prefer not to have a security deposit blocked are offered the option to purchase our SMART Choice package. This optional package eliminates the need for a security deposit and provides additional benefits, offering greater convenience and peace of mind throughout the rental period.
