I started using PriceLabs a few months …
I started using PriceLabs a few months ago when we added more properties (we now have 4). A few things I love:
- ability to have groups and adjust min stays and pricing adjustments across those groups which makes updating for events in our city SUPER easy by just having to update once
- ability to set min stays for far out bookings
- the orphan day setting
Honestly, I was a bit worried about this tool at first because it was so much cheaper than the others. My experience has been the exact opposite. While the tool itself doesn't look as "fancy" as the others out there, the functionality is more advanced.
On top of all of that, their customer service has been amazing. I have had a few questions along the way and I usually get replies within minutes.

Best Pricing Software & Amazing Support
Fantastic software that helps with managing our rentals. The customer support is also amazing. We never have to wait more than 24 hours to hear back from support, and more often than not it's within just a couple hours.

Very Happy
I have been very happy with PriceLabs. I had tried another pricing company and I ran into some pricing issues with their platform and no response from customer service. However with PriceLabs, the pricing has been very reliable and gives me all the options I need. I only ran into one issue and their customer support team was amazingly responsive and fixed it right away. I am very impressed!
