Quick delivery and good quality

We find about 95% of first class post arrives within the estimated delivery window. However, I can see that's clearly not been the case with your order I'm sorry.

Unfortunately once we hand the items over to Royal Mail, they are literally out of our hands and unless it’s a tracked service, we can’t trace the location of them.

Nice card but a bit slow!

Although pleased with quality of card (it did make me chuckle!), it took 4 business days to arrive, despite website saying 1-2 working days.
Appreciate it's only an extra couple of days, however postage is £1 for a wee A6-sized card.
