Order never arrived
I ordered some pins and they never sent them.
Contacted them for more info, they claimed they'd arrive by February, haven't received anything since, not even a refund after contacting them again.

Good quality but eh communication
I ordered a card deck and two enamel pins. All pf it arrived in great condition, the pins look amazing, I didn't open the card deck to look at the cards because it's a birthday present, but I expect the same quality.
After I placed my order, I got an email for verification that said: "We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." However, I never received any notification of that sort. I was getting worried because two weeks had passed and there was still nothing, and I started to doubt the trustworthiness of the shop because I had heard such mixed reviews. But in the end it arrived 14 business days after I ordered it. (I live in Germany)
