Awful awful just truly awful. Stay very clear. Borderline scam!
Purchased an annual subscription online and I have never received a single issue. I have complained several times and never received any response. Clearly, they are only interested in taking peoples money. Don't purchase anything from them unless you want to get scammed.
Don't subscribe, they don't send magazines out. I only ever received one copy after months of complaining. PRIDE don't know how to resolve problems and stole a further subscription the following year. Rotten customer service, Avoid completely!
Pride Magazine is no magazine to trust. I decided to write this review after they dared taking more money out of my account through Paypal. I subscribed during June last year for the monthly magazine but despite my effort to contact them, I only received one magazine which is the March 2020 issue. I used to love this magazine that I used to buy in supermarkets before June 2019 and decided to subscribe because the magazine was not sold in my town anymore but I was greatly deceived. One number during the whole year! Which I was even surprised to receive. But when it came I thought now they were going to respect their engagement and send me a magazine regularly (every month). Not only did I receive no more and it's June now but they took money out of my account for a second yearly subscription. What a disappointment you are! We have not many magazines explicitly for Black women in UK but I'd rather we have none than going through such disappointment! They don't have a my account link on their website, never answer emails while I have struggle using the phone because of health issues. They are just a scam!!!
