Trustpilot is a scam!!!!

So I have been using this site for 2 years, and recently placed an order but they charged me without delivering the product. I have reached out multiple times but their "AI assistant" keeps telling me they will email me with updates but they never do. Its been 11 days. It looks like even Trustpilot is a scam

Ordered at about 2 AM

Ordered at about 2 AM. Transaction is smooth prices are great and it is very cheap shipping options -Monday January 12th about 4 days later-haven’t received yet but I’m sure package will show this week. Anxious for new to me flavored and the higher nicotine content! I didn’t even know that was a thing, been chewing on two 9mg at once. Trying to check out that 20 mg!

The only complaint I have is the shipping time. It took more than 10 days to receive when it says 3-5. Other than that great price exactly what I ordered and fresh. Great quality.

Initial Experience with Prilla after two shipments

I have made two orders at the Prilla eCommerce site. I am switching from SNUS to straight nicotine and trying to find a sweet spot with the amount of Nicotine in the pouches from various brands. I am impressed with the various brands and types that Prilla offers. I am also impressed with the fair amount of specials available. I received my shipments in a timely manner (about a 7 days) and they did not require a signature which was great. I will continue to order from this company and I am glad I found them.
