Customer service guy was shouting abuse…

Customer service guy was shouting abuse down the phone to me with his colleagues laughing in the background. I called to ask how I make payment and was polite. They simply didn’t want to help, kept putting the phone down on me over 15 times, followed by shouting at me to shut up and listen. He just would not listen to my simple question he just didn’t want to help anyone or answer the phone. Worst company I’ve ever communicated with. Hope they fail quickly.

Be very patient with Primagas...

As we just bought the house, and the owners did not very well explain around the gas deposit + wrong indication of gaslevel - i got in a situation of no gas by Jan 22! Managing the change of contract holder took them 3 weeks - after numerous phone calls from my side! Now i am waiting for the supply - I placed the order on monday...fingers crossed they comply to 5 days and i can heat up the house finally this weekend.
If you have choice...select another provider as Primagas is clearly not customer focused and they have some ´rotten eggs´ in their administration and contract dept...
