I have been using prima lashes for years and continue to do so! They are amazing and keep making new lashes which just keep getting better and better!

If I could give zero stars I would. Firstly I have emailed the company a few weeks ago and no response. Ridiculous customer service or more like no customer service. Order went through but then a few days later, was notified that they have no stock of some lashes. Ended up with 4/5 lashes only. The lashes themselves look really good and look nice on BUT cheaply made and hair were just falling all over the place when touching and picking them out the box. Customer blinked, and hair were falling on her face! Never buying again.

Replying back to Primalash’s response - I did not get notified!! I purchased the lashes. And in the next day or 2, I was sent an email saying we have sent you your order but some was out of stock, here’s a refund!!! Firstly I shouldn’t even have been allowed to purchase them being that they were out of stock. Secondly, you should email first and say these are out of stock, so you want us to still send the other 4 lashes, wait til there is stock and we’ll send them out, or a full refund.

The lashes had glue on them and I stick them on my client already. I wasn’t going to peel them off and send them back to you. You still haven’t replied to my email!!! You’ve written back on this but not to my email. So even if I did write to you saying these are fault, I wouldn’t have got a reply! I have a bag full of lashes from my first order now that I’m not touching cause they’ll probably fall apart too.

I’ve used many lash brands, but Primalash are my favourite. Great quality lashes and a decent discount for MUA’s! My favourite styles are D20 and D30.
Postage is always super fast too.
