I am so happy with my previous purchase the prima lash vault. It was beyond my expectation plus has a different volume of lashes which suits my work as a makeup artist. Thank you so much Primalash, I will definitely go back to you.

I bought the Saniya lashes at an absolute bargain price during one of their many sales that they do and OMG I was not disappointed, they have become one of my favourite lashes. The lash band is not too thick so it’s easy for beginners and the lash itself is so long and fluttery just the perfect amount though not too cover any amazing eye makeup that you may have done whilst still looking natural. The delivery was so prompt I just opted for standard and they came 3 days after I ordered them so they were super quick, the lashes them selves were packaged beautifully and easy to take out too, I’ve used one pair three times so far and they still look new! A quick tip on cleaning them, pop them in a glass or pot and add a bit of micseller water over to just cover them leave for an hour or two and gently wipe them with a makeup wipe or a tissue/kitchen roll and you will find all the glue and mascara will be easy to remove as it will have all dissolved and they’ll be good as new!! I will continue to use Prima lash for as long as do makeup and beyond their great for pros, enthusiasts and just generally going out and day to day use. So if your looking for amazing lashes that make you either stand out in a crowd or flutter your way through the day, get Prima lashes, they’re combination of price and quality cannot be matched!!! Primalash is the number 1 spot to get your lashes. As a MUA I have been using primalash for a few years now and I have never looked back! Many varieties of lashes and tools available! They do a brilliant MUA discount as well but even if they didn’t the prices for the lashes are very decent considering you would probably end up paying more on the high street. Highly recommend!

I needed to change my address for delivery as there was an error and they were no help. Couldn't even send me tracking details to show me where it was sent. Didn't reply back till I emailed several time and even then the customer service was no good. I wish I paid through PayPal so I could've gotten my money back. Really disappointed.
