Brilliant shop and customer service
Evri lost my parcel and I emailed primal chakra customer service and the service I got was impeccable! the item was resent via Royal Mail almost immediately, within days I received the item with an extra necklace as a very kind freebie.

Beautiful Gift
I ordered one of the Orgone Pyramids as a gift. I liked it so much that I ordered another for myself and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again, they are gorgeous. Delivery was quick and although the 2nd one took a bit longer, I was advised of this so great customer service too.
