The crystal that I received looked nothing like the one on your website. I understand that they will be different but the size is alot smaller and there are alot of cracks in it.

Bought 3 pieces for Christmas. One of the necklaces had a gold coloured chain, which was very dark and cheap looking which went over the stone so ruined that as well. I “reached out” on the “chat now” because I wanted to return/replace the item and waited and waited and waited. I’m still waiting, no contact by this “company” I’m really disappointed and out of pocket, luckily they sent a review email - so I’ve used it to warn others, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

lovely product and well received but no information as to the powers of the crystals? I copied it off the website for my friend (it was a present). It would be nice to add to the presentation with information. apologies if this was an option but I failed to spot it when I ordered!
