I ordered an EOTECH EXPS3-0 and…

I ordered an EOTECH EXPS3-0 and received the wrong item, I was told I would get a refund and to cut down on wait time I ordered the product again. In the mean time I provided all required pictures and documents to support the refund. And once they got the item back I only got a partial refund. I got my correct item however I was not refunded my shipping cost for the first erroneous shipment. When I contacted customer service I was told that the cost of shipping would not be refunded because it goes to the courier, even through I had received the wrong item from them. So I received the correct item on the second shipment but paid for shipping twice.

It took a long time

It took a long time for you guys to process my order. I get that work loads fluctuate and you get backed up on things. The checkout screen said that it would arrive in 3 days if you select this specific shipping method, and that did not happen. You guys have always been great, this one didn’t match all my previous transactions.

Customer Service was quite helpful.

Customer Service was quite helpful in aiding me to sort out which prism scope to purchase, eventually deciding on the Glx 2x prism scope. I found managing my cart difficult in that it did not register attempts to remove an item. However, that could have been due to my own inexperience with the site. At this point, I'm looking forward to delivery of my first item purchased from Primary Arms.

Pricing was decent but supply lacking

Pricing was decent, but I find it aggravating that they didn't carry everything I needed from the same manufacturer. For example my build I'm doing is in strike industries fde. You didn't carry the gridlock hand guard with fde trim out. But had almost everything else and other strike hand guards. I figure if you offer a brand, offer everything they sell.. also limited barrel options.
