Prima has been our back office system of choice for almost 10 years.

The system has provided a vital foundation to grow our business by 3x the turnover we started with Prima back in 2012. Our sales operation has been allowed to focus on selling with the system taking care of other day-to-day tasks and even supporting our sales routines.

Thanks to the ongoing developments, we are constantly learning new ways of improving our processes and tapping into new features, from introducing new automation or sales tools that we have never had before.

From a service point of view, we love using the live chat as it is extremely easy to gather quick answers or if there is a more complex query, I know I can call and speak with a member of the team to talk it through. The user group meetings that prima host, are a highlight too, as we come away from each meeting after good conversations with like-minded dealers and equipped with new knowledge about what the system can and will do in the future.

I would highly recommend Prima as a product and their passionate team!

We moved our business to Prima software in November 2020. Like any software move, especially after using a previous system for 15 years, it hasn't been without challenges. The leaning curve is steep and we've had many sleepless nights getting used to what to do.
What has shone through during the software move has been the professionalism and enthusiasm of the team at Prima. We have never felt like we are too much trouble or that an issue cannot be resolved. Everyone is easily accessible and knowledgeable about the product.
Areas which we would like to be developed have either been developed at speed or are "work in progress". We have a listening ear and feel like we have a partner to our business. Well done team Prima!

Great customer service experience overall . Very good system that can give you multiple reports in many fields . Additionally some strong integration with finance systems .

I can honestly say that Prima have been a fantastic addition to our office systems and they have helped our business run more efficiently and productively.
The online and telephone support has been second to none, and no matter how small our query has been they have always been happy to help.
They have even gone above and beyond and liaised with third parties on our behalf to avoid matters taking up our time.
In particular, Oliver, Mick H & Marcus have been fantastic, but I can honestly say the whole team are a credit to their profession.

I have recently started a new role at futurform, my training has been fantastic. Oliver Rowles has been taking the sessions, he has been clear and affective in the way he explains each element of Prima. He has such a clear understanding of the system which allows me to have a great understanding myself. I feel Prima is a system easy to learn, and also quickly to learn each department. I would like to say a massive thanks to Oli. Who’s been very helpful, patient and all in all just someone who’s clear in his approach, happy to listen to any questions and explains things throughly and in a very very professional manner
