Great communication

Great communication. 1st parcel was lost at DPD. I was offered a refund or re-mailing. I have decided to send it repeatedly. 2nd package was with me within 3 days. Shop recommended.

Whenever I had questions

Whenever I had questions, they were answered immediately. Whether it was the tracking number or the status, everything went quickly. I ordered to Germany, Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia and it went very quickly. I waited about a week. The package was sent via DPD. I have another suggestion for improvement. The only thing that could be improved would be if it could optionally be sent via DHL to a parcel station.

Superb experience

Superb experience
Not only did it arrive super fast (3 days, Czech
Republic), but also the communication was very prompt, informative and friendly.
I'm happy that I can smoke again my favorite type of Heets, as they are no longer available in my country.
Will definitely order again!
