Tim was such a wonderful landlord. He listens to all of your concerns and genuinely does all he can to find a solution. He responds to emails extremely quickly, is a creative problem solver, and is very understanding of all of your circumstances. He was a pleasure to deal with, a genuinely lovely man. The flat itself was very well maintained, triple glazed (which I hadn't even heard of before this flat), brand new kitchen, new bathroom, and beautiful greenery outside that was fully maintained by Prime Campus. We had nothing to worry about other than ensuring our rent is sent on time. Tim also has so many cool ideas on how to improve the flatting experience for students, like finding deals with Flatpack (the student bed + mattress company) and Sky TV, extra rubbish collection service, and so much more. He also offered to organise a meet-up with our upstairs neighbours with pizza and soft drinks! I also LOVE that the flat was Harry Potter themed because I love Harry Potter, and the story behind choosing the name of the flat is adorable too. Awesome guy, great company, really really good flat. We are sad to leave Prime Campus but will be keeping an eye out for other flats with them in the future. 100/10 recommend.

There was an outstanding commitment to ensuring a comfortable flatting experience. There were regular check-ins to ensure everything was going smoothly. And all matters were handled promptly, including requests to change energy plans, storage and insulation upgrades, and quick repairs.

My first year flatting experience was super comfortable. For a Dunedin flat it wasn’t too cold, it was reasonably quiet but yet super close to campus and social events. There were a few issues we had, such as a couple roof leaks, however these issues were fixed almost immediately which was super great. Tim was constantly in contact and made sure that him and his team helped us out in any possible way.

Prime Campus was my first landlord while flatting and they gave me the best experience I could’ve asked for as a naive first year going into second year. I think that they offer all the guidance that any first time flatter would need. The communication was amazing, and Tim specifically was there to answer all my questions (and there were a lot). I think that they are a great choice for first time flatters and would recommend them over and over again due to the fact that I learnt so much about flatting from them.

Prime Campus did an excellent job helping my son secure his first flat. The process was smooth, professional, and supportive every step of the way. Their team truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place, making this milestone transition stress-free and memorable. Highly recommend their services to anyone navigating this process.

We are glad we found Prime Campus. This is our son's first time living away from home and the team made the process easy from the start for securing a flat for him with a good group of likeminded flatmates.

Tim and the team at Prime Campus have been great to work with during our tenancy this year, working with us to resolve any issues regarding maintenance with the flat etc along with keeping us up to date with info with the likes of our power use information and rent schedules. We have all been able to feel like our voices are heard with Tims zoom calls once or twice a semester to check up on the flat and simply us a people. Overall has been a very enjoyable experience.

Everyone at the team made us feel welcome and made sure they were approachable for any concerns that we find if there were concerns that we expressed they were very quick to be able to get it fixed or changed to make our experience better. They were very friendly and helpful with giving us the best options throughout the year and if we needed anything extra. They really cared about us which we felt that meant a lot not just worrying about the flat and diffrent payments

The experience and treatment that we received from Prime Campus was nothing short of perfect, we never felt uncomfortable to ask questions and was always greeted with kind emails that were always answered within a timely matter. 100% recommend Prime Campus especially for first year flatting as well.

Prime Campus is an expectational company to rent from. The communication is outstanding and they are always willing to send help immediately. Would 110% recommend Prime Campus - you won't regret it!

I loved being part of prime campus because the landlord super super nice, super helpful, super genuine and understanding. 2023 was my first year of experiencing flatting for the very first time so I was super overwhelmed and confused how everything worked but the company did me massive favour and helped me out without making me feel uncomfortable or stupid! i genuinely love the company so amazing !

As a student, it was a stress-free flatting experience that was facilitated by great communication. One of which was in the form of their maintenance app. It was an efficient way to report any issues (which were far and few between). The flat was in good condition - not always the case in Dunedin. Everything was sorted with urgency and priority.

This year has been a blast and I thank Prime Campus for making it so easy for us.

I moved into a prime campus flat at the start of this year, due to family reasons I unfortunately had to move out, this is a very stressful time for me. It was very hard having to tell the girls in my flat and my landlord that I was moving out but I’m very grateful that I had prime campus supporting me all throughout the way. I was constantly reassured and felt supported by the landlord. Communication was key and this is something that prime campus is very good at and made the transition easy and smooth. I had a really good flatting experience when I was in the flat. When prime campus heard something wasn’t right in the flat, something needed fix or even someone needed support they were straight to it and didn’t muck around. I really enjoyed my time with prime campus & want to thank them immensely

Tim at Prime Campus was such a great landlord! I had to move out before the lease was up due to a change in commitments and Tim made it such an easy process! Alongside this, the whole time I was in the flat there was excellent communication from Tim and he was able to sort any problems we had at the flat so quickly! Would definitely recommend Prime Campus to future tenants and would give them 10/10 for the time I had at the flat! Great job Tim :)

Tim has been an amazing first landlord. If, for my renting career, the property owners I have can be even half as attentive and engaged as he was I think I’ll be doing very well. My flatmates and I really appreciated all of the extra stuff he did to make our experience frictionless (which is particularly impressive considering the first year of flatting is a big step likely to cause some level of anxiety). Tim's work made for such a good renting experience and I’m sad we’re not with Prime Campus any more.

My flat mates and I were very happy regarding our tenancy experience with Prime Campus during 2021. Tim is an excellent / friendly land lord with efficient communication. He was always keen to catch up with the lads in our flat and he was always super fair when problems arose. I personally enjoyed the prime campus app where processing any problems or queries was easy as.

Tim Calder was an excellent landlord. The communication was fast, efficient, and informative. Providing excellent service and keeping us up to date. I'd have him as a landlord again.

I had an incredibly positive experience with Prime Campus, particularly with my landlord Tim Calder. He did a fantastic job ensuring I felt comfortable in the studio I stayed in.
