I would say minus 5 stars if possible!
Paid for a DEEP CLEAN of house after getting my keys. I was told service included cleaning from top to bottom, including removing all cobwebs, doors and frames, radiators and switches.
Cleaner was 45 mins late.
NOT ONE DOOR OR FRAME WAS TOUCHED.
I paid extra for the windows, kitchen cabinets, oven and fridge.
The outside of kitchen cabinets were not touched. The inside, clearly just got a quick wipe with a cloth.
Cobwebs were still on the ceilings, no door handles, light switches or radiators were touched (even though I was able to remove 90% of dirt with a quick wipe of damp cloth and no cleaner!). No light fittings were touched and were still dusty.
There was limescale left on all the taps and toilets (which I was able to remove very easily!!)
The windows were cleaned however, the frames and window surrounds were not touched.
The grout and tiles in bathroom were not cleaned. The main bathroom was left with a slimy covering all around the taps and drains.
THE CLEANER RUINED THE KITCHEN HOOD WITH HARSH CLEANER. I know need to replace the filters at €35 each, plus delivery!
I was offered a 30% refund, which is NOT good enough and did not even once receive an apology.
I was told the house in "heavy condition". However, apart from dust and some scuffs on floors, from previous owners moving. The house was generally fine and just needed a once over!!
The one thing that was a half decent job, was the oven. However, the cleaner left cleaning solutions all over the oven which I had to remove, and they completely ignored the oven light while cleaning.
IF THE HOUSE WAS SO BAD WHEN CLEANER ARRIVED, THEY WOULD HAVE SAID IT THEN!!!
Also, after speaking with many people deep clean of a 3 bed house is NEVER done by just one cleaner in 1 day.....
