They always pick up my calls, or call me back promptly. They took the time to educate me on several different options, cared to understand my background and learn what may be a good fit for me. At the end i chose a lower rate on a hybrid mortgage and love my pick on this. I think it was smart given current situation which is that i will be refinancing again in the near future or selling. I cannot reccomend them enough i personally had the pleasure of working with Steve, jacky, David, and Jake. All of them were great and were always there for my calls or emails. I spoke to a lot of different companies but these guys were the best as far as rate and in education and customer service. Your mortgage and property is an investment and one of the biggest investments you have so it’s important to slow down and make sure you’re going with an option that works best for your secenaeio.

My mortgage refi experience was great! I cannot rave enough about Helen and Han, they were both fantastic. They would answer my calls and texts very promptly and always returned my calls if they couldn’t pick I’m right away. They also beat toe other lenders offers I was working with I highly recommend this company for anyone looking or thinking about refinancing their mortgage.

Was having trouble refinancing they let me know about restructuring instead. Didn’t even know can do this or it existed,.! They got me payment down from $5618 to 4871. I am a happy camper and this actually ended up saving more monthly than the refinance I wanted to do. I am very greateful thebalways pick up on calls and email right back. Very attentive and on top of things. The director personally called to give me his info and said can reach out to him anytime in the process (forgot his name). Kyle and Ed were my guys but I am sure they are all wonderful. Thank you boys
