The view was incredible, the rooms were clean and tidy, TV in both sittin room and bedroom, shower/bathtub was spot on,
Everything was just an excellent experience!
Will definitely be booking again soon!

Host was lovely and helpful, the apartment was clean and very spacious beautiful view from the balcony and was an easy walk to Leeds town centre.

Absolutely had a lovely stay here, the apartment was spotless and had all the amenities required. Netflix and other smart tv channels were a bonus, the view was amazing. It's close to some restaurants, tesco express, a big retail park and a lovely canel from where u can get a water taxi into town. I have had a wonderful experience and will definitely choose to stay here again if I'm in Leeds

I had a very good stay at James’s place in Leeds Dock. James was an excellent host, always responsive and very helpful. When my plans changed and I needed to extend my stay, he made it all very easy and hassle free. The apartment was lovely and very comfortable and well appointed in a fantastic location. It’s a great place to stay and I would definitely go back.

Amazing place to stay. The apartment was spotless, gorgeous decor, located in a quiet area but still close to the centre. Has everything you need. The balcony was lovely, solar lights came on at night and had a stunning river view. Great host, easy to contact when needed. All in all our stay was perfect and could not fault it. We are already planning our next stay here. Thank you again!

Just brilliant. Pre arrival communications were excellent. Lovely apartment, high quality, lovely and clean.
15 minute walk to city centre. 5 minute walk to car park.

Not the straightest to find and the operator was getting annoyed everytime I called for help. Other than that the apartment was lovely and was nice set up and value for money. The customer service needs major improvement though.

This is the second time I would be visiting this apartment I just had to re visit as the first time was just amazing and the second time was just as better when we arrived the apartment was so tidy and smelt amazing, bedding fresh, towels on the bed, useful bits in the cupboards and just amazing spacious place. The view was also amazing right over the docks was so beautiful in the day and night and such a great location also! The host is also just amazing super helpful and super quick replies will for sure be returning for a third time and will definitely be booking these apartments again would recommend for anyone!

Love these little apartments! Perfect for my midweek work stays, customer service is always so good, really easy to park, so clean and has everything you need! Like a home away from home! Highly recommend.

I had smooth stay, beautiful and clean. When we needed help they were there to help no matter the time. Very close the to centre which was amazing as there were lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Was wonderful views from the apartment.
Would highly recommend and already looking to book again.

Lovely and spacious apartment with excellent facilities and comfort. Location is good for walking into town. Planning to return.

Apartment lovely inside but carpet in the hall very grubby and smells also a bit of a walk to the town centre!
