Brilliant competition website, Low odds unlike some and actually pick winners name not a random number which I dont like.
I'm more than happy that I came across the prime draw 😁. As a winner of the first prize and very first time with one ticket I feel like really lucky person. I wanted to win a car because my boyfri... See more

Avoid this company. They take your money and sit on it for months. Draw dates are extended again and again. Prizes are removed and a 60% of ticket sales cash prize is given instead. They give genuine car competition companies a bad name. Total scam!
Easy to use site - great prize(s) on offer.
Now all I have to do is win :-)

The “prizes” are great, there are occasional price reduction to help with the fun! IMHO, this is genuine.
Update - I won! A fabulous iPhone 11 Pro, just when I really needed a lift (and a new phone). Really very very happy and will (when I can afford to) look to future PrimeDraws, they’re great!

£6000 will definitely help!
Another thing I really appreciate is the option to buy a ticket with your lucky number not the random one!
Thank you prime draw team!

Essentially Primedraw are everything that gives competition companies a bad name. Yes their terms and conditions cover them legally and reading the responses on here, they are more than happy to quote said terms. No apologies for deliberately trying to mislead people or for their highly unprofessional approach.
Cars are advertised without all details, hiding important facts like mileage and there is no transparency in the details. If you buy a ticket early, you miss out on all the discounted prices later on and free entries to other completions. Existing customers who bought full price tickets get nothing.
I specifically asked when a car would be drawn and was given a date saying the draw would take place then - there was no mention in the response that due to a lack of sales it was unlikely that the car would still be the prize, and as per the terms and conditions an alternative would be offered instead.
There are plenty of 'real' companies out there offering cars as prizes, Primedraw is not one of them!
Excellent
Very prompt delivery of prizes
Company with a lot of potential

Really misleading. I purchased tickets for the Porsche draw. It was stated in a comment on your face book page that you would be drawing for the Porsche. This did not happen. It isn’t a competition. You knew you wouldnt sell the number of tickets needed for the draw. Extremely bad, misleading and should be closed down by trading standards

Great prizes including different types of vehicles and even tech gadgets
Excellent customer service, great communication, highly recommend 👍🏼

It was not clearly stated a cash alternative would replace the car draw. Due to the company not selling enough tickets they changed the competition to a cash draw which was not equivalent to the cost of the vehicles. At no point did the company also give the customers an option for a refund before this draw.
I also emailed them for a refund as The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states the service / goods supplied must meet the description and this clearly did not as most people bought a ticket for an Audi or Porsche jeep and they provided a pathetic small cash offering whilst charging a higher price than the alternative sites for a car competition. I am going to stick with 7 Day Performance and Rev Comps as they are much more trustworthy and actually give their customers what they paid for.

No cars were given away, just a small cash alternative.
I am sticking to 7 Days Performance as they actually go ahead with the draw regardless of sellout.
And everytime there is a bad review somehow 3-4 good reviews from fake accounts appear 😂🤷♂️ The company is a scam.

Very amateurish compared to the others! Don’t seem to be selling many tickets.
Think I’ll stick with Dream car giveaway, 7days performance and Performance car giveaway.
Cars for similar ticket prices and entries/odds selling out in days with these companies.

Dishonest and misleading advertising. Avoid.
Entered a competition for a car raffle ( Audi RS3 ) They wouldn’t respond to any comments or questions as to weather they would draw the cars and claimed a guaranteed draw. On the draw day they hadn’t sold enough tickets so offered a small cash prize.
Their advertising is trying to promote how good they are and how they are different from the competition because their cars are sourced from ( their own, apparently experienced ) dealership, yet they didn’t draw these cars, just low cash alternatives - so that entire marketing strategy seems pointless if you’re not actually giving away the prizes.
Money wasted. Avoid.

Bought tickets for a guarenteed Audi draw and because they didn't sell enough tickets they did a draw for like £200 cash... It was disgraceful.

I came across this company via Facebook advertising. Not even in the final stage of the draw, and this was after the extension, did they hint that the cars wouldn't be drawn. In fact, the only mention is buried in the middle of t&c's regarding the 80% tickets have to be sold. An email was sent 1 hour before the draw to say they'd be doing alternative prizes. This isn't the meaning of 'Guaranteed draw' i'm afraid. You might want to re-think how you market your raffle as this will no doubt anger many people in the months to come.
Update: Following the reply from Primedraw, I feel that 3 stars is more appropriate. They're a new business and I can understand that mistakes can be made. I wish you all the best in trying to make your business a success.

Poor experience. Expected a prize to be the car, not some reduced cash alternative just because you didn't sell enough tickets.
Don't bother.

Fail to respond to questions about up coming draws, and when they did respond they then deleted the Facebook post as it would have shown that they had known that they could not draw the cars and would be doing cash. They also seem to have removed a number of Facebook posts with people having similar issues of dishonesty
Also appears that several new reviews here are by friends of one of the directors of the company, and employees

False advertising to win cars. Saying drawn no matter what. But the winners weren't going to get the cars as they're only giving 60% of the cash sale for each car. Total con. Stick to well reputable companies. This one is a fraud an scam.
You ADVERTISED drawing the cars no matter what. You don't reply to messages, you block people that give a bad review on Facebook, your a sham. I've sent trading standards an email about your company. Your company should be shutdown.
