You can’t change the ticket price..
It’s ok to have an ‘early bird’ price, but wrong to reduce the ticket price when you feel like it. It sends the wrong message and a big middle finger to everyone who has paid the full ticket price. There are plenty of competitions out there and I for one will now shop more carefully..
