Steve did a very good job sorting out with a leak between the water main and the house. Piran are always good to deal with.

Nothing to do with their service

Driving behind one of their vans this morning and they sped past 3 people (including a school kid, no older than 7) in this freezing, rainy and windy weather, absolutely drenching them head to toe with a puddle.

Be more mindful of how you are driving in company vehicles.

Have used to service my boiler for a few years, but needed a replacement one just recently. Very pleased with overall service and installation. Will continue to use Prime Plumbing and highly recommend.

Ricky at Prime was recommended by another reputable plumber when searching for a rescue mission to replace a shower badly installed by previous plumbers. Raece provided fantastic customer service from beginning to end and resolved not just my shower but also a new immersion. Andy's plumbing was spot on. Both were very knowledgeable and accommodating, working with me to arrive at the optimum solution for my bathroom and immersion heater. Found prime by searching for local heating engineers on the internet then read the reviews online.
Came around to the house for the quote to fit a new combi boiler which I wanted moved from kitchen to upstairs airing cupboard and all water tanks removed. The engineer came round with a young trainee for on job training. which is always nice to see told me to they will be two days which I they did finish well within that time. Always told me what they were going to do next and kept it nice and tidy. They they then trained me on the new boiler to make sure I was happy with it which I was so highly recommend.

Responded quickly. Very good communication throughout. Excellent, knowledgeable engineer. Would recommend highly.

Following a recent house move we needed to replace an old gravity fed boiler which had long since seen better days.
We wanted a Worcester Bosh boiler and chose Prime Plumbing & Heating because they were shown as an accredited Worcester installer.
From start to finish the whole team were superb and nothing was too much for them. They were all stars.
We also had a couple of radiators added to the system and some plastic piping replaced with copper and the new pipework is so neat and tidy, as with the plumbing to the new boiler. I’m still amazed how they managed to fill the redundant flu hole with the brick core from the new one they drilled.
We couldn’t be happier with the work they have carried out and will certainly be using Prime to service and maintain the new boiler plus any other plumbing work we need in the future.

Prime Heating carried out the replacement of our gas boiler. The work went very well without any hitches from start to finish. It was not the easiest of jobs due to flue exiting through a pitched tiled roof. The technician conquered all problems without any drama, making an excellent job of it. Commissioning was comprehensive and hand over very thorough. A very good company to work with and will use them for the servicing plus any other plumbing issues.

Prime Plumbing were quick to respond to our initial call, attend to inspect to what needed to be done, quote for the work and then to carry out the work. The plumber who carried out the work was extremely polite, explained what he was doing and did it in a tidy and efficient manner. Good plumbers are hard to find, would definitely use again.

Called for a fast track service, didn't expect a call back an hour later that evening.
Arranged a date to carry out a quote, very clear on their quote of works to be carried out with required extras etc.
New boiler was installed on arranged date with no issues, even bricked up the old flue hole...
Took two days to install new boiler, flush system etc.
You may find cheaper but you get what you pay for.
Quality service 100% recommended.

Fantastic service a telephone call within two hours I had a emergency plumber from Prime Plumbing and heating. Leaking tap the gentleman assessed the job, sourced the part fitted it. Knowledgeable professional. Excellent on price trusted and reliable will definitely use them again. Recommend them every time

From the first call to Prime Plumbing & Heating when I spoke to Jess and then Cian I felt in safe hands. As I am approaching 80 years of age I am always nervous of who I invite into my home. I cannot praise Raece & Kamal enough for their professionalism and kindness to me and a job so well done.
