Great Experience
The initial appointment at my home, Joel was very thorough with helping me with my choice of windows and French doors. He was patient, not pushy, and went through everything that I needed to know. The installation day went without any hiccups. I can't express how professional the fitters and Joel were and I have no hesitation in recommending Prime Glazing.

Great Work Would Hire Again
We had Prime Glazing out to rip off our old porch and install a new one. They offered a really competitive price and a better proposition for the build than what others were offering. The build itself was quick, 2 days in all working pretty long hours. They were very accommodating to extra requests I had during the build. The only negative was that it took a couple months to get a slot booked in as they are so busy!

We recently had all our windows and doors replaced by Prime Glazing, and the whole experience has been brilliant from start to finish.
From the first quote with Adam right through to the installation and aftercare, everything was handled professionally and with care. We’d definitely recommend Prime Glazing to anyone thinking about getting new windows and doors.
The lads who installed them were incredible, friendly, hardworking, and super tidy. They cleaned up after themselves in every room, which we really appreciated.
Such a great family-run company, and we honestly can’t thank them enough!

Fantastic and trustworthy company
We have recently had new windows and front door with Prime Glazing. From start to finish they were fantastic. Adam and Joel were very informative and gave good honest opinions about my original choices. The quote was very competitive and I got a lot from different companies, but mostly it was there customer service that won my husband and I over to choose them.
All the team, including Tom at the office were always on hand to answer any questions that I had. On the day Neil and team arrived to install the new windows. They were a great bunch of lads that worked very hard and were professional throughout. We love our new windows and would definitely recommend Prime Glazing to everyone.

Joel was really knowledgable with great communication throughout the whole process. The fitting team also did an excellent job, especially being able to fit new windows so cleanly into an old stone cottage! Excellent value for money for a professional and trustworthy service.

Prime Glazing great fitters
Prime Glazing installed 2 double glazed doors and 7 window units quickly and efficiently. The 3 fitters Neil, Adam and Dave were polite hardworking giving us installed units that looked great. Although they worked quickly there was no compromise on quality of the finish. The unavoidable damage to a thin sliver of kitchen tiles on the removal of the old window was filled but on the walk through with Neil I got halfway through asking for a change to what was an acceptable repair when Neil suggested a small trim which really finished that window off. 5 .minutes later it was done. They cleared everything up and left the bungalow clean and tidy. One of the glass unit got cracked and Prime Glazing brought a replacement made that day. It was a big job for us but with Neil, Adam and Dave it was stress free
Prime Glazing is not a cheap 6 windows for £2000 sort of company. They are a reasonably priced company supplying a quality service. I would highly recommend speaking to them if you want well installed double glazing.

Beautiful windows and door installed. Couldn't argue with the price either. Adam was great when he came round to talk us through everything. We had a slight delay of our install date due to weather, which they were upfront with and we was happy for them to do the install while we were away. Came home to perfect windows and a door. We was missing the restrictor on the bathroom window. Gave them a call and Adam arranged for the team to come by the next day. The fitters were great, even helped us adjust our patio door. We're clean and tidy. Can't fault the service at all

Small family firm with first class service
Can’t fault the work carried out by Prime Glazing , the whole process from ordering the windows to the fitting of them was really good and would highly recommend them , the lads are all very and efficient and cleaned up as they went, great customer care they did some little extras to our porch at no extra cost so are made up.

This company are very professional from start to finish. Everything is explained should you have questions. There is nothing they cannot answer either immediately or before works start. We had two doors, nine sets of windows and a set of patio doors all renewed. The installation guys Neil, Adam and Ron were polite and hard working. I would recommend them for all this type of work.
