I have had the same experience that everyone else has had. I ordered a garden bench April 8th with the side pouch. I got the side pouch but never got the bench. Customer service just does auto response that it's coming. How do I get money back? Payed with credit card.

Prime glitter is bogus. They took my payment for the garden bench but never delivered. All I got was the tool bag and many excuses about why it's not delivered.

This was absolutely a scam company. I have been communicating with Prime Glitter via email since March 2022. They make false promises that the product is delayed; on the way; that they will refund my money within 1-2 business days, etc. I have officially placed a resolution action through PayPal on July 11, 2022. I hope they have more reach than I have in trying to refund me. Prime Glitter has taken down their website. At least no one else can fall into their trap.

NO STAR!!!!!!!!L. Scammed me just like everyone else. I ordered in April 2022.. Never received the kneeler only received the stupid tool holder! No response from them No product No refund.

It really should be NO STAR AT ALL. They have scammed me just like everyone else. I ordered on May 5, 2022. Never received the kneeler. I, just like other people, only received the stupid tool holder! I'm on a fixed income since I'm 71 years old and receive social security. HOW DESPICABLE AND DISHONEST!!! I HOPE THEIR PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS GET SCAMMED JUST LIKE I HAVE BEEN!!!!!!!!!!

Why aren't these folks repremended! And, like some folks on here, I am Canadian and really got ripped off bc of the exchange rate.

Several months ago I ordered a gardening tool that allows a person to kneel on. The cost was around $29.00. I've emailed primeglitter several times and was always told that n it was a supply chain issue. THAT'S BULL poop DOES ANYONE HAVE A PHONE NUMBER AND OR AN ADDRESS TO THESE ARSHOLES ARE LOCATED? I WANT TO HAVEVA NOSE TO NOSE TALK WITH THEM.

Ordered a wreath for July 4th on June 8, 2022. Received it today and it is nothing like the ad posted on Facebook. No way to contact this company. It is genuinely a terrible product.

This is a total scam. Ordered the kneeler but only received a phony tool pouch that will attach to the kneeler. Email said delivery completed. Multiples to contact only receives canned response that supply chain problems causing stock issues and my order will be shipped when product is received. Ordered in March over 2 months ago.

I also have been waiting for my stool. I got a plastic pouch. 65$ down the drain.

I ordered the upgrade to the tune of $49.42 on May 24th. I've received the pouch and no bench. Their phone is disconnected! I've reported this to Chase, they're looking into the fraud, and I am getting a refund from Chase. I, too, wish I had read all the reviews before buying this. A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!

I was ripped off. It seems everyone who ordered this from Primeglitter got a green pouch but no stool. Cost me over $70.00. Not sure if it can be reported.

The same problem as every one else. Got a small green bag but no garden kneeled. Total rip off as they were quick enough to take my money. NEVER AGAIN.

How do I get my money back? Retired fixed income thought it would be a great gift for my husband on fathers day. So very disappointed in being used by a company. They must be rolling in money by now. I not the only one that fell for the cheaper deal. Makes me sick people can get away with it.

Ordered the Garden Helper with Prime Glitter. Never received it. My constant emails to the support team is a stock standard answer, the same response each time. I would have thought PayPal whom I paid through could help, but not sure. Definate scammers $59 (US) dollars lost. It appears some of us pay more than others.

i ordered the garen bench 2 of them,they said filling order took my money and never heard from them again.went into there site and web site not found.what can i do now
