Same experience as many here. I upgraded to the premium product, and it shows on my receipt. After two weeks I received only a little canvas tool bag to hang on my non-existent garden helper. Cannot get so much as a single response from the seller. Will report them to BBB when I finish this review.

Total scam. I too did not get my product.

Nothing but a rip off. Ordered the garden helper for 29.95 and after 2 weeks I received a garden helper pouch to hold tools, not the garden helper bench. The only way for me to get my money back is to return the tool pouch they sent by their mistake to China and then after it is received I will get credit back, It cost more to ship it back then its worth. Lesson learned. I tell everyone to stay away and dont get ripped off like me.

Absolutely a scam!!!!! Ordered garden helper, never arrived. So thankful for paypal getting my money back

I had the same experience with receiving a cheap tool pouch instead of the Garden Helper. I have not been responded to on either email or their chat site. I am reporting them to Apple Pay and the BBB.

I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews. This is a scam! Ordered the metal garden bench. Got a very nice email from customer service saying there was a mistake in my shipment. Only the tool pouch was shipped BUT they already have the bench ready to send out. LIES. Yes, I got the cheap tool pouch. Customer "service" no longer responds to my inquiries. I'm going to let PayPal handle this. Do NOT order anything from Prime glitter! The reviews with a 5 score are amazing worded almost identically and are probably all paid for by prime glitter.

Did not receive item purchased, no response from prime glitter at all. Emailed, tried calling, no response.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER IF AT ALL.

I wouldn't even give this site one star. I ordered the garden helper bench and received a fabric tool pouch?
When I wrote the company that I did not receive the benches ordered they told me I was expected to return this tool pouch before I could get a refund.
I filed a claim with PayPal and apparently they know about this company already because they refunded my money right away.
Prime glitter is nothing but a scam! Do not waste your time

The same story as all the other reviews. Pro version of garden helper order, only received green pouch, after many many emails Ken responded about delay of shipment. My Visa was charged for what I assume is for pouch and the standard garden helper, neither of which was ordered. I will be calling my bank tomorrow and seeing if I can cancel those charges. This Primeglitter Co is something else. Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. DO NOT do business with this company.

Well, add me to those who have been scammed. I ordered the garden helper, metal version. I intend to turn mine over to the Postmaster General for mail fraud. I received a Velcro pouch and they have not responded to two emails that I sent. I will also file with my credit card company for fraud.

Scammed here also, wished I had read these reviews before. Just want to say kudos to paypal, I filed a dispute and was refunded my money. Also read on here that the upgrade on garden helper is a RECURRING transaction he was right! Check your payment method!

ers have reported here, it's been almost three weeks since I ordered the garden helper and I've only received that pouch. I emailed to cancel my order and refund my money. We'll see what happens.
Update: I went on the PayPal website and reported this. PrimeGlitter actually has a message there telling you not to dispute through PayPal, but to contact them instead by email and they will refund the money within 24 hours. They did! I guess this scam works because most people don't follow through. The tool pouch keeps your hopes up?

I got scammed for $60.00!!! I ordered the garden bench kneeler Apr. 21. I only got the crappy too small tool bag. I am on a fixed income and feel sick about wasting that money through a scam!! I would not have given it any stars, but you can't give a bad review without it.

Scam. All I got was the pouch.
How is this pouch going to help my knees. When sent email back told me Warehouse had made a mistake but nothing turned up.

I fell for this same as the rest of the people, I received the worthless pouch after ordering the knee protector. After trying to get this fixed with several communications, I have come to the conclusion that there is no Jeff E. Why do I believe this? Because no one can be so dense as to treat my emails as if I were asking where my order is. They keep sending me letters that pretend to address the fact that I have not received the order, and ignore the fact that I already received it, with the wrong content. I will report this to as many organizations as I can.

Ripped off. Same as most here. Ordered a gardening stool / bench item. Received a small green synthetic pouch instead of the product I ordered. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company and get a new card with a different number. I did reach out to customer service twice and received the same exact "cut and paste" response which was of no help at all. Save yourself the hassle that I now have to go through. Don't order from this company and let others know as well.

Like many other consumers I ordered a metal Garden Bench from Prime Glitter and on May 16, 2022 all I received was a tiny velcro tool bag and NO Garden Bench. Worth noting that Prime Glitter customer service was quick to contact me when I initially cancelled my order because I had to pay extra for a metal Garden Bench. At the time, the offer, all of a sudden, was only for a plastic bench. I had to pay extra for the metal one. In their e-mail, they offered me the metal Garden Bench at no extra cost. So I fell for the scam. However, with the delivery of the velcro tool bag, I immediately wrote back to complain. This time, no answer! Hope this review helps other consumers in being careful not to order from Prime Glitter. It's a big scam! I will try to cancel the charges to my debit card, but it's not done! Thanks for reading this!
