SHAMEFUL PRACTICES

Whether the recipes are any good or not is not the point. The point is that you see something you want and order it, only to find that there are multiple offers for FREE this, that or the other, and even if you don;t want them, you end up getting billed for a whole heap of stuff that you don't want.
THIS IS DISHONES TBUSIENSS AND SHOLD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE IN THE WAY THAT IT DOES.

Scam. Be warned

This site (which has recently changed its name) charged extra costs to us under the guise of “refilling an order”. Their support centre is just a front for delaying when you catch them out. Do not buy products from this site or you end up having to cancel your credit card.

Fraudulent bank withdrawals …

This company name shows up on my credit card statement, with 2 deductions I know nothing about. I've been fleeced of $370 from someone using this company name. You can decide if it's them or not but red flags all round for me.

I recently purchased the CBD gummies.

I recently purchased the CBD gummies.
wasn't too happy at first because I thought I was ordering one bottle for £39.95. I was charged for 5 bottles.
however, because I wanted to give up smoking, I did realise one bottle wouldn't be enough anyway and waited for my delivery.
I contacted the customer support after about ten days and was told it normally takes about 3 weeks.
My order arrived after 21 days as promised and I have no complaints about what i received, I tried out the gummies and they helped me to stop smoking which is what I wanted.
the company is based in Salt lake city, and their product worked.
one bottle would not be enough, so although at first I thought I had been scammed by having to pay for 5, to keep reordering one bottle at a time and paying postage would have been more expensive and there is also the 3 week wait for more, so i do think it is better to get the 5 bottles at the same time because then they give you free postage. and you have a continuous supply which you do need if you want to give up.
And they do work.
So i have no complaints. Its not a scam.

I would give this company zero .What a scam they are pulling.
Wonderful good reviews which I would say are false, probably written by staff or friends. But in reality they are running a SCAM which must be against the law
They are scamming OAPs the sick, the vulnerable , the weak .People who are ill & in pain.
They are advertising gummies for pain which are useless. They are coning people & ripping them off .
They don't even give the correct price. The £ 28 turns into an added one hundred & 80 .pounds
They are a despicable company please don't fall for their scams ,all that will happen is you will lose your money.
I hope they get what they deserve, no one to buy anything off them ever again.

Completely untrustworthy

Tried to buy these through my credit card three times. It kept saying that the card had to be checked and the bank had blocked my account. I choose the option of the three Bag offer, it gave me a chance to order oil as well. I note that you couldn’t select or deselect this offer. Thankfully my card rejected the transaction. Clearly not a reputable company.

Scam Don't Buy

Scam Don't Buy
Purchased the product and then had additional non solicited charges put on my Visa for other unordered products. Then when I returned everything they wanted me to pay for their shipping! Total scam! They would not provide proof that I "subscribed" or their original website always promising and never delivering what they promise.

Be careful when ordering keto products online

Be careful when ordering keto products online. Companies like platinum-support and primehealthzone have some questionable business practices.

Typically they promote keto via facebook and other social media sites.

Keto brands like

theketo-bodytone
keto-slimmax
pureshop-supplements

also CBD gummies

Two types of fraud/questionable business practices

-Customer orders £38 and gets charged £198( amounts will vary on currency). Tricked into ordering 5 bottles rather than 1
-Didn’t realise signed up to subscription offer, so get ongoing payments taken later

Do contact your bank and cancel payment from these companies otherwise you may be charged a 2nd time as signed up to a subscription offer.
Check exact wording on the bank statement and call your bank/cc company. And ask them why they dont flag dodgy companies with high complaint rates and stop accepting payments from them.

Think(not sure), based in Idaho so make your complaint to The Utah Dept Of Commerce

And make complaint to facebook...

Its possible platinum-support and primehealthzone might be the same company!
See an online chat box, bottom right on the page probably managed by one of these two organisations. Will probably say: Need support, were here to help...

Big scam

Big scam. Bank is worse for not cancelling pending transaction where bank can look up that they are a scam from all the people saying the same thing...false advertising and taking what they want from your bank account. Fraud alert should be put on this company by the banks and shut their operation down as this has been done before for other scammers!!!

Waste of money.o

I paid £70 on eBay after reading glowing reports. Total waste! No effect whatsoever. I've tried many different products with varying degrees of success. I couldn't even get a decent nights sleep with these. There's much better products available. Best to date is Purelife. Don't waste your money.

SCAM

I am so glad I am not alone with my issues with this company and their CBD gummies. I never even thought to read reviews on here. Did read the so called reviews on their site however I now believe them to be bogus.
I did manage to get a partial refund, when I stated in an email that their advert was misrepresentation for their deal. This was attended to really promptly.
However now having finished all 5 bottles in less then 2 months, I have recieved no benefit or relief for my chronic 24/7 pain.
I am on statutory sick pay at the moment so it was an expensive gamble that just didn't pay off. I have emailed asking about 100% satisfactory guarentee but have had no response.
Now not sure if this company is even legit.

They send you more goods than you I order and charge you £195, then the month after send you more goods you have not ordered and take more money from your bank account. It is impossible to return items or get a refund. Don't buy anything from this company

Appalling

Well, I wish we had read the reviews before I purchased the goods. My wife purchased what she thought was 1 x bottle of Gummies, and £198 was taken from her account. She is not well, so I am pursuing this: I am told that they will not refund without proof of purchase - we have returned many items throughout lockdown to a range of retailers and no company has insisted on this for a start. Wehn reading the contents of these miracle Gummies, they are full of colouring and other **** How awful that this company, supposedly endorsed by Deborah Meehan, play on people with painful ailments and then scam them into purchasing more than they ordered.

I am appalled and will be looking to pursue this further tyhrough Trading Standards.
