Terrible knock-off Pink Palm Puff sweatshirt which I was not aware of since I still paid $90. Ordered a Medium and was similar to a youth small. Inside had a nylon lining. Contacted right after received, it has been 6 days and still no response. Would not trust this company at all, terrible customer service and products. Do not get scammed.

Horrible company, horrible product.

Ordered a MLB jacket that looks worse than what I could have made myself. The ironed on lettering was wrinkled and very noticeable. Attempted 5x to ask for a refund and surprise, surprise... crickets.

It's a scam. My fault, I should have know.

Even had issues receiving the product. Surprised something arrived.

Just before Christmas I placed an order and when I received the item I had a slight issue with it. I emailed the company about the issue and I must say the after sales service was absolutely excellent, if only all other companies operated in the same way.
Not only did the person I was liaising with contact me the very next day, but they also provided me with very helpful advice and a range of options. Over the course of several days and email exchanges my issue was resolved and I was very happy with the outcome.
I was very impressed by their after sales service, they were fast, efficient and very professional, especially because they were emailing me over the Christmas period in order to get my issue resolved quickly. I would recommend using this company because of their excellent after sales service. I personally will continue to order items from them.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They offered a jacket on their website that was perfect in theory. I ordered the jacket a month in advance. They charged me immediately, and that’s fine. Almost a month goes by. I check my bank and some random person not the company has charged me $89.00 and mind you can’t call them. I sent five emails before receiving an email back saying they will have to me that it’s being made. Poor email. Fast forward two weeks and I get a FedEx tracking number from a man in Pakistan stating they have created a shipping label. Took four days to actually have movement. Shipped internationally took almost two weeks. I get the package. I open the package excited that I ordered my husband excited to see it. I open the package to find the poorest quality. Colors are wrong. Stitching is coming apart. Pockets are even and not to mention the pockets do not exist. I contact them to let them know what I have received. They ask for photos. I provide them. They said to spend $30 to them and ship it back and they will offer me a 50% discount on my next purchase. I have to pay to send it back. And do not even get my money back. This company is absolutely horrible! I have reported to my bank, the BBB, and warn any future customers to not buy from this awful company.

I was hoping to leave a positive review, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. I only received a 60% refund for an issue with my order, which left me quite disappointed. This was intended as a gift for a friend, so it was especially upsetting to let them down. To make matters worse, the shirt had noticeable quality issues that made it completely unusable, and I had no choice but to discard it. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their product quality and customer service policies.

I had ordered a jacket from this company, thinking I will be receiving exactly what the picture showed but once I received it, it was definitely not even close to what it should look like. The only good thing that came out of this was their good customer service and getting my money back.

I purchased a jacket from Prime Jackets and I went extra big with a 3X and it still was snug on me I wanted an exchange and they refuse to give me a Exchange. They offered a $25 coupon towards my next purchase or a $30 shelf fee which I found to be hilarious.
So for all of these people this writing these reviews saying they have a great exchange policy I'm telling you they're lying I screenshotted the emails but it won't let me put photos on here but you can contact me and I will show them to you it's (Trustpilot won't let me put email) I have no problem with them know who I am I'm very disappointed and all of these people that write these reviews talking about a great return policy are maybe just friends or Associates with the company they do not have a good return exchange don't buy it cancel them at all just in case you're order is not right you will learn from dealing with companies like this

Prime Jackets is fantastic! Their product quality is top notch, and the style and look was exactly as advertised. The team communicated clearly throughout purchase and delivery, and was very responsive to a follow-up question, post-purchase. Highly recommend this team and their products.

I ordered a jacket from here and unfortunately received A different size than ordered. Customer service was really responsive. They refunded me an agreed upon amount and I kept the jacket. The jackets definitely run big, just something to keep in mind when ordering.

The customer service was easy to deal with and quick to respond. Didn’t care much for my purchase but they made up for it.

The size are different fits my couldn't zip it and too tight I the sleeves are tight
I really want that jacket too fit so I'm still not satisfied because they only gave me a 75percent of my 250.00-162.00 🤔

I had a good experience with this company! I ordered a Phillies jacket that I was pleased with, but it was too small. I requested an exchange and received my new jacket in a timely manner. Would recommend!
