Horrible company. Scammers. Quoted $5k for a job, went up additional $12K the week of the job. No refund of deposit. Sending a demand letter. The scope of the job did change, but had several quotes at $10K. Basically just trying to price gouge a customer because they thought they had me by the balls. Hopefully my bank can get the funds back.
I couldn't ask for a better company. Thank God I was able to find Primeline because all the movers I hired in the past were just brokers and my price always drastically increased on the day of pick up. I normally don't leave a review but in this case I have to give credit where it's due. Thanks guys
The time was given when movers will arrive as indicated from 8 am to 10 am was good it shows how important the job for the movers were. They arrived start working I glanced from the side as they were working and I saw how they treat each box and furniture. They weren't sloppy or lazy or just there to get job done. They took every piece of box and furniture with care.
There was not so many options for me. We got very good quote from this company so we decided to take it. Guys were superb, Andrew organized everything so nice so we took it. Thank you for everything.
After calling a few companies that did not pick up their line or respond to my inquiries. I called Prime Line Moving and they were so courteous and attentive to my needs. I had a couple special request and they went above and beyond to assist me. They kept in communications with me throughout the process and were super easy to work with. I appreciate their service and I officially moved without any hiccups. 5 stars to their team. Thank you for everything!
I've never cared to write reviews before, but I did want to get on here and show some appreciation. I had set up a move with a mover then last minute I was called and told the move couldn't happen. A friend recommended A-Plus Moving and Storage, gave them a call they had movers come out the very next day! My move from New York to Connecticut went off without a hitch!! Thank you for being so diligent for me and caring about my move.
