Great customer service. Kept me informed of shipment date as website explained trampoline not in stock. Replying at weekends too.

Small defect detected with net on construction (still usable but would get worse over time). PrimeOutdoorToys liased with Telstar and got a replacement net sent in 3-4 days.

I was very impressed with the speed at which the trampoline was delivered . The children have been on it every day since it arrived . It looks very good quality and we hope will last for many years:)

We had an issue (not the company’s fault) with a delivery. The staff were incredibly helpful and went an extra mile to find a solution. We are very pleased with the service and the kids are ecstatic with their trampoline.

Excellent service, I ordered a trampoline that wasn’t in stock at the time. As soon as it arrived it was sent out express delivery and arrived on time for the birthday.

Brilliant service all round from Bassel at Prime Outdoor Toys and from Gary and Simon at Telstar.

I placed an order for a new Telstar trampoline for my daughters birthday and it arrived swiftly a couple of days later.

Unfortunately the trampoline had a fault, but upon notifying Bassel at Prime Outdoor Toys the following service support, communication over the bank holiday period and resolution was second to none. He picked up my email straight away, kept me updated over a bank holiday and within a couple of working days I was offered a replacement/refund. A special mention also to Gary from Telstar logistics who even went the extra mile (literally) to make sure the replacement was with me 24 hours later and the day before my daughters birthday.

Fantastic, large, sturdy trampoline. Looks terrific. Kids think it's brilliant. Plenty of room for multiple flips and bounces. Really pleased with it.
Great/ accurate delivery. Need several strong people to put it together.

Trampoline very easy to put up. Tent & sun shade have caused extreme excitement in the under 10year olds in the neighbourhood. Bedtime stories now happening on trampoline.

Great trampoline delivered quickly. Packaging was damaged, and I didn’t check contents straight away. 2 weeks later went to build it and large pack of bolts missing. Contacted shop and Bassel couldn’t have been more helpful. Had the parts dispatched to me within a day. Highly recommend this company for great customer service.

Great service - the trampoline arrived in 2 days and is a huge improvement on our previous one.

Comms were a bit confused though as I got an email saying my order had shipped 2 days after it had been delivered.

I bought the trampoline 3 days before they dropped the price by £90 I have approached the company for a refund or part refund and they have said no - I understand prices fluctuate but £90 is a large amount of money to lose in such a short period of time - their response has been unhelpful - I would have expected them at the very least to offer me part refund - i have not been happy with their customer service and I will not be buying from this company again - nor would I recommend

Thanks for your response I am still disappointed - it took me months to save up for this trampoline for my children and £80 is a lot of money - my understanding is suppliers can not set retail or promo prices they can recommend but not set so the promo price was your decision to take - most companies as a gesture of good will would refund the difference if it’s within 7 days - I would have been satisfied with half but to have such a complete NO with no empathy for situation or customer service/experience is sad - as said above I would not buy from you again.

Great trampoline, quick delivery. Not even too difficult to assemble.

I placed the order for our trampoline on Monday 10th January and received it on Tuesday 11th January, amazing service!! The navigation of the website, the ease of ordering and the time frame of delivery is second to none. I will 100% recommend this company and their products to everyone. The trampoline is a hit with the kids and only took just over an hour to assemble ready for a birthday surprise for our son.
