These guys have moved twice in 1 year. They used to sell pallets and now selling other things. I bought a patio set from them and they provided me with no warranty. They then changed their name from prime pallets to prime patio spa. Now I have no warranty on my patio set . I’ve seen online others are upset too. It’s unfair for a senior to pay this price and now I have a patio set falling apart with no warranty.

I purchased a fireplace months ago and it had stopped working, the initial purchase went smoothly, he'd very nice but then when I needed repairs on my fireplace in hopes of getting it fixed it has been the absolute worst experience ever, he is simply just a pallet reseller of used product so no warranty, terrible communication now that he is needed o help provide any sort of customer service, honestly after spending so much money and wanting to help support locally this has been a terrible decision and encourage everyone to look at who you make this purchase from before losing your money on something that won't work.
