Non existing service
The order did not arrive for about a month, the answers to our email sound like computer generated or just pretending that they have not received the order. We write them from our email and they ask in return what our email is to find our purchase. We checked the whole process with our bank and they assured to 80% this is a fake business. The telephone number provided has voice mail on 24/7. I can't believe the positive reviews on here are real. We had several emails exchanged, not making much sense. Last email response from them was, that they cannot find our order and we must have ordered somewhere else. Even though we several times send the bank proof of payment. Today magically the product has been delivered. Conclusion: We thought it is a 100% scam. Turns out, they do deliver products, but in a very unorganized and delayed way. I really did not expect anything to arrive!

I'm suprised to read your one star-review, as you say yourself that the product has been delivered. Of course we deliver our products, we our a trusthworthy business. You did receive your order, so this review gives a wrong image to new customers and hurts our business. We deeply regret this..
