Hi every thing was good apart from taking 3 days after product arrived for a tax invoice.I rang twice to get one and didnt get one until your survey came out and mentioned it.When i rang the woman on the phone said i would get it that day but never did and same thing the next day.Our system requires the tax invoice within a couple of days of purchase other wise the admin people start asking where it is.Other wise every thing else was good.

Great product, excellent service
Love the net. It's perfect for my projects (a safety net for a young grandchild on a top bunk, and safe barrier on a tree house.
BUT! The wrapping on the non-fragile, non-permeable item was ridiculous. Plastic FRAGILE tape all over screeds of plastic wrap. It took me several minutes with a box cutter to open the box. Then I had to dispose of all the debris. Crazy.

Item is as described and good quality. Would have given 5 star except they did not communicate straight away that it was out of stock and would take a week longer to ship. Otherwise, good communication when I did ask them for a GST invoice.
