Don't Use Prime Time
I booked a round trip to the airport with Prime Time. When I tried to download the app, it wouldn't let me set up an account. It just went in an endless circle which worried me for scheduling the pick on the return.
When I checked the internet I found terrible reviews on all social media sites. So I cancelled the booking within an hour of making it. Prime Time charged me $10 for cancelling even though it was only an hour later. Even airlines give you 24 hours of free cancellation. And the charge $5 per trip even though it was just one booking.

My driver was nice as it wasn't his…
My driver was nice as it wasn't his fault this company called me at 1AM to tell me that they wanted to come at a different time ...which was scheduled 6 hours later....then he told me the wrong time and text me 3 times changing it again. They ended up picking me up 45 minutes earlier than I wanted. I told my agent about the experience since we tell models about the shuttle...you lost 1000's of clients. Do not call people at 1am in the morning for changes. That is uncalled for, unprofessional, and a violation of FTC laws.

I believe there was a time zone problem…
I believe there was a time zone problem with my booking. Driver was there 3 hrs early and order was considered a no show. So wife left at airport having to order an Uber. Thanks to Uber for the help. Ended up paying Prime Time for the no show, as customer service would not budge on charge. Uber ended up costing 1/3 the cost. I learned a hard lesson.
