I was sent the wrong product and I was emailed a shipping label and due to the COVID-19 outbreak, I do not have access to a printer as i do not have one at home and I am not able to access my works printer. Never got an email back after my last email in regards to this issue.

Great response/delivery time under today’s circumstances

I recently made a purchase taking advantage of a really great deal that Primeval was offering but when my PayPal transaction went through I was charged the full amount instead of the discounted cost. I emailed the company and they refunded me the difference promptly. It would have been a five star rating if this issue hadn't have happened.

I only buy from this company because of their superior products and service.

Primeval Labs has the best customer service in the industry. They provide the only products we sell in our gym store but also the only products that I personally will take.
Every time I call I am treated as if I am their only customer. The orders seem to ship before o get the read receipt of the email. It has always been correct.
Now about the quality of the products. The quality is top notch. I have yet to have anyone say that was a bad product. The taste profile is awesome. I love the flavors and the fact that the products mix completely.

I had never tried any Primeval supps until I started watching Regan Grimes on YouTube and he gave a discount code. I have been pleasantly surprised with all the products I have tried and there seems to always be sales going on so the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

I gave them 3 stars because every order I have made something has gone wrong. I spend a lot of money on supplements each year so i am always looking to try new ones to see what works best. I decided to try out PEL. I ordered some EEA's which was priced well. I also ordered a few tshirts. They made a mistake on my order, no big deal, but they said to make up for it they would send me some samples with the rest of my order. I like samples cause they can save you a lot of money on what works and what doesn't. I got nothing. Then I got a text saying 25% off my next order. Tried to use it. Nothin..... Still the same price.. Ordering on line can def be frustrating with this company... I can not give a review on the supplements yet cause I have not recieved them. I just ordered 2 days ago so the shipping is not a problem. This review is strictly on ordering.

My order came on time especially in this rough time it still came early and this product gives me the energy I need.

I really like Primeval products my workouts are producing results because I have more energy and am exercising longer. Mega pre to start vasogorge EEA’s during and after couldn’t be happier
