Blatant segregation.
Very, VERY limited catalogue of series and movies that its not worth it.

The fuq am I paying the same price as US but get a lesser experience?

I have just paid the first month, but I can't watch on tv, only can watch the previewed from every movie, what's that all about.
Could fix the problem immediately ! Thanks .

Just cancelled my subscription, not because its bad, but because I am not going to pay extra money to watch something specific, because I am already paying for something that is called *A SUBSCRIPTION*

Netflix is better!!. Now the set up is similar to netflix and it does have some great shows and movies but... Most of the time you will click on something you want to watch only to find you have to pay extra to watch it. If I pay a subscription every month I would prefer to be able to watch what I want as I am already paying.. This is undoubtedly its flaw. The menu is also confusing and needs total seperation between watch for free and pay extra if they intend to continue the pay per view. Netflix in the other hand has great content without having to pay extra.

Better than Netflix. Hard to complain about, FREE with my prime shipping account. But yet, there’s still people who will.

Most movies are dubbed in French (benelux region) which makes no sense as not everyone speaks French 🤦🏽‍♀️. Because of this, movie choice is limited.
Complete waste of money. I am switching back to netflix.

I only watch English language movies but because I live in Spain the majority of the movies on Prime is Spanish dubbed. Changing language settings or Hola did not work.

I also find the film offer pretty weak and not user friendly. There is no way I can filter my search to get the film I want to see.

You choose a series to watch, only half the episodes appear for each season on the list. Then you can't navigate to another season. In short the website happens to be extremely unresponsive at times. Then, all of the sudden the list of episodes is full but other controls like 'choosing seasons' disappear completely.

Not as good as Netflix, and not as diverse, but for the price, you get what you pay for.

Only good thing about this whole thing is free delivery of the items I order. It just cuts out in between movies, done it 8 times in last hour, crap pisses me off..... I tried to watch Turner and hooch the other night, I mean how old is that film and they wanted 3.49p. Lol wont be paying much longer I'm afraid.

There is so many TV series on here that get left unfinished due to amazon being too greedy. Even thou the shows are successful like Badlands with several thousand positive reviews and Truth seekers aswell. Amazon cuts support for them without even letting the series reach its end. People aren't going to subscribe to something if half the shows end up getting cut. If shows don't make headlines then in amazons eyes its not worth it.
Also further development into the apps wouldn't go a miss. A major part of Prime video is the application you are viewing everything on and if its under developed and feels janky to use then its gonna make you want to use it less. Why not use the current app on lower end hardware then have a more stylish app on higher end hardware. Also cut a deal with sky tv, its annoying that prime video still isn't a feature yet its a feature on TalkTalk TV.
Amazon Prime videos biggest suffering point is that its amazon. A company that has the funds and potential to be so much more but to selfish to make any real investment into anything instead expects it to generate quick cash instantly and if it doesn't then cut its recourses when you gotta spend money to make money.

If I could give a minus star I would. I have been a prime member for over a decade. In the past the next day deliveries and a fairly reasonable selection of programs and films even though many were obscure and dated was once worth the subscription. I tolerated the change in their delivery system, I even turned a blind eye to the often dodgy delivery drivers and their escapades. Tonight I checked prime video I had built a Library of documentaries, films and series now at least 70% has to be paid for. I have cancelled my subscription, I have had enough Amazon should be ashamed their greed and manipulation of customers in the current situation is disgusting.

Just getting more and more fed up with Amazon Primevideo. You search for a film...not free to me. Try to watch a film you’ve seen before (I.e. Expendables) and now you have to pay through a third party - Starzplay. Very rarely do they make clear if a film is in English or dubbed etc. If I cancel what happens to all my film purchases?

Could be great if prime subscription included all the movies and TV that they advertise. Annoying when I added a bunch of shows to my list then I have to remove them one-by-one because my subscription for a media service won't let me watch their media.

Impossible to cancel. Can't do it on the app you need to use your browser and then when you click the cancel membership button nothing happens and my card still gets charged. When I went to contest the charge via a chargeback they started charging my girlfriends credit card. Avoid at all costs.

Worst ever I've come across for downloading movies.
Constantly buffering on bloody downloaded movie.
Never had that before!!
Thank god I just took the 7 day trial.

I pay a subscription and I'm forced to watch adverts for rubbish I will never watch.

The app is very lacking. My taste varies frequently so my watch list can be very long but by time I actually want to watch something different it's lost between 10s or 100s of saved items as the app does not have a option for watch list on and only viable on a pc.

That been said I have to scroll through loads crap I don't want to see to get to the content I can watch. While I understand amazon wants to push additional Subs but I aint interested and If I was i search the content out not have it forced in my face constantly

It’s really annoying having to search absolutely ages for a film and when I finally think I’ve found one it turns out to be in a foreign language. Why not have the description in a foreign language so customers know instead of having to spend even longer clicking into further settings just to find out the audio language? Or even better, just display that information along with the film details.

Annoyingly, the channel spoils tennis tournament matches results because when you're selecting the replays, it shows the upcoming matches first! So you'll see the winner's next match before you get to the replays! Perhaps have a choice of either "Replays" or "Upcoming/Live" before you can access matches.

Amazon are happy to collect the subscription but then have the cheek to say most of the videos are not available in your location. Sub cancelled.
