I had a really good chat with Francesco and he offered a great service from start to finish.

I shared some images of the engagement rings I had saved on my phone. He was able to find a design which nearly matched one of the images. We went through sizes discussed the choice of stone/diamonds that would look great on the ring.

Really pleased that he was able to support me with the choice of finance options.

He built it for me completely custom after a consultation with a diamond of my choice. The whole ring was ready much faster than competitors, he also went above and beyond to get the size altered overnight while we were staying in London! 100% would recommend.

Once picked got explained on the process on how long it will take and what the next steps will be.
