Poor customer service. I bought some items this afternoon and later on realising that I was charged twice ,when I tried to give them a call they never answer back so rude .I really want my refund of one transaction but I don't know how to get it .No reply even from their email address

The WORST online store! No customer service, no replies to tickets, no phone answer. I have received a wrong item in my order and I have to keep it... as NO ONE is REPLYING to my tickets. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, DON'T BUY FROM PRIMOR ONLINE.

I've tried several times to place an order from Ireland to collect in Rome store, but the system said an error was happening due security issues in the website, I also tried contact to the customer service but they couldn't fix the issue, I'm really disappointed

The worst store, when you buy online, they lose products and they dont give u anything back , there is nowhere to complain

Place order an 14 July, still no delivery. The support service is not working, the link to which it goes is an error. Write email, no answer.

I bought Privafe Elisabeth arden ant age cream. Once I was back from holiday I opened the cream to use. Unfortunately the cream was oily and runny. Suppose to be creamy. I wrote on this platform complaining and not too kind on Primor Funchal where I bought the cream. I am in.South Africa so I can't go in to show them. A friend of mine who lives in madeira went to Primor to explain and showed photos I have taken. They agreed there is a fault in the product. A staff member, said as I am going to madeira again in December she will exchange. Now this is good service. I would like to apologise for writing a bad review earlier this week.

I placed an order 7 days ago, still no order status or when it will be delivered. The support service is not working, the link to which it goes is an error, it is impossible to contact in any way

The delivery men and the customer support are incredibly rude and they force you to give out your taxpaying number to deliver packages because they don't generate a code like Amazon or CTT. I would prefer to buy from anywhere else, it's not worth it.

I've just received my order it was as described but I was disapointed because it was my first order and the gift was lollipop!!!! I was really chocked, it can be any cosmetic sample like all the other companies.

This company was unable to produce an invoice for my order. I have requested one several times without success.

Disgusting customer service, laughed at in you rubbish store in Fuengirola. Staff are rude with horrible personalities , don't want to help say "we are laid back here in Spain so can't help" Brought a gift card stole my money !!!!!! I am a professional African American retired senior from New York City, living well in Malaga. Everytime I go to the larger Primor shop in Larios Central, the retail girls follow me, profiling me as a potential "thief". This unwanted and bigoted attention is a heartbreaking as it is infuriating. Yesterday, I had to tell the girl to stop observing me while I decided between nail polish colors. It was uncomfortable, irritating and debasing. I felt like I was back in racist America. The unspoken message was, "you're Black, so I'd better keep an eye on you!". Train your employees to stop profiling. DO BETTER PRIMOR!

Won’t be shopping here again. I’ll be taking my business to Druni. The staff (in the main) are unfriendly, they treat you like you’re going to steal as soon as you walk through the door, and when I asked for help a staff member was really rude. Never again. Would not recommend.

Good prices, fast delivery. I am very happy with the service, I ordered 2 of my favourite perfumes which I couldn't find in French perfume shops but I found them on Primor's website. Special thanks for the gift samples. ;) Primor is a company that can be trusted!

Love the shop but a few things they could improve when i pay can't see the price at the till, if is one item.i don't mind but I want to check the price while scanning, they don't give you receipts, and second they ask if you want your 1 cent back.... Really?

Its a scam, they never sent me my order when I contacted them they said they would check it but they never did and for months they didn’t answer or try to solve it… what a shame

I occasionally buy from Primor when I need to stock up on beauty products. Their range and prices are good. I received my latest order quickly via Correos Express.
