No customer service - no ability to return my items
Similar to others here - I've been trying to return an item I bought that arrived as described, but unfortunately doesn't fit. The returns policy as standard is 30 days, but I have no return label and I have emailed them x4 times to no avail.
I'll be escalating this to ensure I will be confirmed to receive a full refund before returning the items. This is costing us £90+
