I recently completed a short two‑month contract through Primus, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Despite the brief engagement, their professionalism stood out immediately. The onboarding was smooth, communication was clear, and every step of the process was handled with precision.
Timesheets, approvals, and payments were managed flawlessly — no delays, no confusion, and no need for follow‑up. Their processes are clearly well‑designed and consistently executed, which made the entire engagement effortless on my side.
What impressed me most was the combination of efficiency and professionalism. They were responsive, organised, and genuinely supportive throughout the contract. It’s rare to find an agency that gets both the human and operational elements right, but they absolutely did.
I would not hesitate to work with them again and Sejal was exceptional if at all there were any follow ups.

Working with Primus has been great as a contractor... they are actively involved pre-engagement, during and after engagement to ensure both sides are happy and everything is running smoothly. Their admin process is straightforward and effective, including sorting out VAT issues and IR35 status regulations. The team are very friendly and approachable which makes working with them very enjoyable. Would strongly recommend any contractor to work with them if any given opportunity arises.
