This company was employed to do an end of tenancy clean.The standard was very poor.Cob webs still on walls, no light fittings dusted, carpets not cleaned.The list is endless of things not cleaned.I have sent two emails , a signed for letter by post enclosing copies of emails.Emails were unanswered , signed for letter refused delivery.I have delivered by hand to her address obtained from her the web site copies of all emails and letters asking for her formal complaints procedure .All ignored.I paid £550 for the end of tenancy clean.Waste of money.The property needed another clean.
